St Jean de Monts

A great property with excellent facilities exatly as described. Ideal for exploring the locality, close to beach and other amenities. Hosts were very helpful.

The house was excellent and spotless, we couldn’t fault it for our needs. The kids loved being able to go in the pool whenever they wanted!The kitchen is very well equipped and there were lots of other things we didn’t expect to be provided!

We were a family group of grandparents, son, daughter and husband and grandchildren aged 4 months and 2.5years. The house was very suitable for our needs. It is extremely well equipped especially with equipment for young children. The accommodation was very clean and attractively decorated. The garden and pool were very secure for young children with garden and pool toys. The house is well located close to beach, supermarket, bakery, restaurants and takeaways. The host was excellent at answering any questions we had. We would thoroughly recommend this property.

Fantastic house with great facilities- just as described and exceeded expectations.We had extreme temperatures and fans would have been beneficial however host advised air conditioning is being fitted next season.

Fabulous Villa

We had a lovely stay here. Location is central to restaurants and beach. The facilities of the house is so well thought out. Everything you would need is available. The pool was brilliant and Stephanie had even left us bikes to use. Lovely rooms and beautifully presented. Excellent communication with the house owners. We had a lovely stay and very sad to have to come home.

Belle maison dans un environnement décevant

La maison est agréable, et la propriétaire fait son maximum pour être réactive. Le propriétaire nous accueille et nous sommes saisis dès l'entrée dans la maison par la présence d'une maison en construction face à nous. En effet, la vue luxuriante qui apparaissait sur les photos à l'arrière de la maison tout le long de la palissade et sur les côtés a laissé place à plusieurs constructions soit réalisées soit en cours qui entourent toute la maison et notamment une imposante maison à un étage, en construction, qui prend l'entièreté de la vue face à la baie vitrée. Au final pas de verdure, mais un lotissement. La situation géographique est relativement pratique en revanche l'impasse donne sur une rue très passante menant à la mer et aux commerces, où se mêlent piétons et vélos sur un trottoir étroit, longeant la route : peu rassurant avec des enfants. Et vous bénéficiez de l'ambiance des campings tout au long de la journée et le début de la nuit. Les activités qu'offre la région permettent de s'évader dans la nature et de profiter des plages environnantes.

Bonjour Madame, Je peux comprendre votre déception mais effectivement, je ne peux pas faire disparaître les constructions alentours dont par ailleurs le permis n'était pas déposé il y a un an lorsque vous avez réservé. De ce point de vue mon maximum est rapidement atteint. Mon mari n'a pas le souvenir que vous lui ayez fait part d'autant de déception vis-à-vis de notre maison .Nous aurions apprécié que vous nous en parliez directement lors des nombreux messages que nous avons échangés. Zeer leuk verblijf

Tout simplement parfait

Nous avons testé plusieurs locations et c'est un grand coup de cœur pour celle-ci. La maison est superbe, d'une grande propreté et très bien équipée. Une prestation de grande qualité. Nous y avons passé un agréable week-end et espérons y revenir l'année prochaine.

Belle maison au calme, bon accueil

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine à 8 adultes, grande pièce agréable ainsi que les chambres et salles de bain, belle balade à faire autour, commerces à proximité. Merci à Stéphanie et son mari, propriétaires très accueillant

La maison est neuve, très bien équipée à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur (piscine, salon de jardin, transats...) La maison est très fonctionnelle et suffisamment grande pour 8 personnes. Les hôtes étaient à l'écoute et discrets. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.
