Just a stone's throw from the beautiful Tipaniers beach in the heart of a secure Residence, Tropical Soul is the perfect place for getaways or vacations as a couple, with friends or with family without breaking the bank!



The Fare is for 4 people. It consists of a furnished terrace overlooking the garden, 1 air-conditioned bedroom with queen size bed, 1 shower room, a living room with television and 2 single sofa beds, as well as a functional and equipped kitchen.



From the Residence you will be able to access Tipaniers beach via a direct and private path. Snorkeling, swimming, relaxing or kayaking will be part of your daily life during your stay.

A typical Polynesian bungalow in a fantastic complex with a breathtaking beach. Whale watching tours and lagoon tours depart from the beach, and you can also rent kayaks and stand-up paddleboards. There's a cocktail bar right on the beach. A little further down the road is a great supermarket with everything you need for daily life, and in the other direction are several restaurants. We felt completely at ease, and a very special thank you goes to Rautea, who always took care of all our requests promptly and reliably. You could always rely on her completely!

The bungalow was basic, clean, and adequate. Note that the tap water is NOT safe to drink (throughout much of French Polynesia) and you must boil it or drink bottled water which is quite expensive. I got sick from drinking a small amount of tap water. Fortunately the rental unit does provide a full kitchen with stove pots and a water kettle to boil water though there were no warnings about the unsafe water in the listing. Check in was a disaster because the on-site contact did not send me arrival instructions in advance and did not reply to my communications until right before check-in. The Sunset Beach property managers in the office refused to provide any basic assistance or advice because this rental is technically not part of their managed properties. They wouldn't even let me use their WiFi to try and contact the person who was supposed to send me instructions on accessing the property. Very rude. Once I was checked in though everything was fine except that very little toilet paper is provided and you have to go buy your own. The water heater was intermittent, sometimes working and sometimes not. Overall the unit was clean and adequate, including the bed. The heat pump worked fine to cool the small unit and there were two fans to help with circulation. The WiFi inside the unit is sufficient but a bit slow. The proximity to the beach was nice and the community was quiet at night.

Bungalow, un peu vieillot, ça serait bien d’avoir une PEINTURE blanche qui va valoriser la terrasse

Heureusement qu’il n’y avait pas de VOISIN lors de notre location car il y aurait eu une grosse promiscuité ça aurait été un gros point négatif mais pour le coup là ça a été positif Faire des travaux de peinture, et peut-être cloisonné au niveau de la terrasse, à l’avenir si il y a une location

Le matériel à disposition pour la cuisine Sa localisation à proximité de la plage des Tipaniers Indiquer dans l'annonce que la terrasse est partagée avec un bungalow voisin. Ce n'est pas très professionnel de ne pas en parler dans l'annonce même si on nous a dit que les propriétaires du bungalow voisin n'étaient pas souvent présents. Un rafraichissement du bungalow serait à prévoir.

Nous sommes heureux de lire ce joli retour d'expérience au Bungalow Tropical Soul. Effectivement la proximité avec la très belle plage des Tipaniers est très apprécié. La résidence est calme et permet de se ressourcer tout en étant proche des points d'intérêts: plage, magasin, snack, restaurants, centre activités...
