Florence’s home becomes your home while you are there! The house with your own private pool is in a quiet neighborhood in an ideal location with beach close by, snorkeling right off the point and whale watching from the backyard. We enjoyed the outside patio space in the evenings and mornings. House is clean and kitchen is very well equipped. Florence was an email or phone away if we needed anything.

Simply Perfect

This place is just perfect. It's not one of those generic vacation homes managed by an investor. This is someone's second home, so everything is perfectly dialed in. The location is unique, and we felt totally in touch with nature the whole time we were there. The porch and the pool are perfect. And the sliding doors keep a breeze going through the house. The house is simple. the furnishings are thoughtful. It's just perfect.

Family holiday

We had a fabulous family holiday on Moorea at this house. Great to have the pool and lagoon so close - good snorkelling near the edge of the lagoon. Kitchen had everything we needed. Some things could be improved eg screwing in screws on the pool deck to avoid injury, having hot water that worked (we didn’t have hot water the entire stay - but host did try to fix this). There are steep steps down to the bathroom and one of the bedrooms in the house that we were ok with but if injured or disabled would be hard. Neighbours very sensitive to noise in the evening! There is a warning about this in the information folder- but hard keeping our kids quiet at times though! The host Florence was lovely and messaged back when we contacted her.

Charming property on the water

This is a cozy property right on the water with a very nice beach just a 2 minute walk along the shore away. Snorkling is very good right in front of the property. The house is a weekend house but it works well for a rental. It is certainly not luxury but its charm makes up for it. There is no aircon but the location is in a breezy spot so we did not need it (I was concerned before I arrived). The pool is a good size (8m by 4m I think) and about 1.5m deep. A car is a must since it is a 3 minute drive on gravel to get there from the main road. Internet is typical for Moorea ( about 1.2Mbps) but reliable so ok if you do not expect to stream above 360p. The owners are very nice and welcomed us to the property themselves. We would gladly stay here again.

Renter Beware!

This property is not as advertised in the owner's description and photos. When we arrived at the property, Florence, the owner/host was there to meet us. I immediately realized that the house was not as pictured on the VRBO site. I told Florence that this is the wrong house. I showed her the printed images I brought with me from the VRBO property description page. Florence insisted it was the same house but did not update her photos to show the changes made prior to our arrival. Florence left the the property in a hurry as she informed me that she does not live on Mo`orea, she lived on Tahiti island and had to catch the last ferry back to Tahiti. Upon Florence's departure, my family and I did our best to settle in. We quickly realized that one of the bedroom's featured on VRBO showed a King sized bed. To our disbelief, the King bed had been removed and replaced with a child's toy bed making this bedroom non-usable by us. I rented a 4-bedroom property with King sized beds and now only have access to 3-bedrooms and 3 King sized beds. Upon further inspection of the property, the bathroom in the separate cottage is modified from the posted photos. The shower stall area is enclosed with full see-through glass that exposed the bather to the full view of the pool area and the neighbor's property. The photos also show a shower curtain and full under-sink cabinet; both of which were not present. The list of misrepresentation goes on however, VRBO doesn't allow enough space

Maison tres spacieuse et dépendances tres agréables le Wi-Fi est tres bon petit bémols sur l éclairage de la cuisine et du wc de la maison principale. La petite maison est tres bien avec 2 magnifiques vues sur le lagon et la piscine petit bémols la douche a trop de vis à vis sur l extérieur. On la vite régler avec une serviette. Sinon C est tres reposant ,nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Notre hôte est tres dynamique et sympathique toujours là pour repondre a nos questions . Rien ne manque !!!!! Nous conseillons vivement cette belle propriété

Superbe semaine

La propriétaire nous a très bien accueillis et nous a dispensé de multiples conseils avisés. Le Fare est idéalement placé , accès direct au lagon. Voiture indispensable . Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à visiter Moorea et à découvrir les nombreux spots de snorkeling ou à paresser dans le patio, nous baigner dans la piscine, admirer les couchers de soleil et admirer les nombreux poissons tout proches.

Great property for a family, comfortable with all facilities needed.

Hosts were there to greet us and show us around the property, great place to holiday and relax with both options of the pool and beach to explore. Great for a family. Thank you for our stay.

Fantastic dream house!!

This property is so nice that we hardly wanted to leave it to see the amazing island we were visiting! The only difficulty was finding the place…but the property owner was there to help us find it. Waking up to the flocks of chestnut breasted Maniquines every morning was very special.

A cozy piece of Paradise

We did not want to leave - this beautiful property has a little bit of everything for everyone. My youngest daughter loved the 'pink room.' The rock shower was fantastic. Nothing can beat those views from the indoor/outdoor area; we lingered there as often as we could. Watching the sunrise from the lighthouse each morning was our favorite. We would love to visit this property again sometime with additional friends.

Ce fut notre 2ème séjour chez Florence. Nous sommes restés 5 jours à profiter de la superbe piscine, du lagon et du cadre particulièrement verdoyant de cette villa. Séjour très agréable

Accueil par la propriétaire des lieux. Maison tout à fait conforme à l'annonce dans laquelle nous avons passé un séjour agréable. Tout est mis à disposition pour passer des super vacances en famille. L'emplacement est adapté pour des vacanciers qui souhaitent pouvoir concilier détente, piscine, plage, snorkeling... Florence était joignable en cas de besoin. Merci à nos hôtes ! !

Un petit coin de paradis. Piscine, plage, snorkeling, une magnifique végétation...

La maison est très confortable, bien équipée et joliment décorée. Le Wi-Fi est nickel et les proches restaurants font de la vente à emporter. On se sent tout de suite en vacances. Un vrai bonheur d'admirer cette vue chaque matin. Merci Florence pour l'accueil. Nous espérons revenir vite.

C'est vrai : une maison pleine de charme ...

Nous n'avons pas eu de chance : 2jours de pluie sur 4 jours !! Et pourtant nous sommes revenus ravis !!C'est une maison très bien équipée, avec une literie de qualité . Le charme opère dès que vous êtes sur la grande terrasse couverte ...La mer juste devant, le jardin plein de tiarés et de bougainvilliers ,la piscine ....Bref, nous n'étions pas partis que nous avions déjà envie de revenir !!
