Stunning brand new apartments. These 2 bedroom 1 bath apartments completely remodeled and centrally located in Fort Lauderdale. This is a end unit so has rear yard and side yard with a paved patio.

Great Location and stay

We really lucked out with this location. Super close to some walkable restaurants and neighborhood was friendly and quiet. Easy to get Ubers/lyfts and super close to airport. Will hope this is available again if I come into town! Loved the outside sitting and the house was very clean.

good but not great accommodations

Plus features: good location, quiet environment, easy parking, clean, and the biggest plus was the lovely enclosed patio which only the end units had. Negative features: The apartment was VERY cheaply furnished, especially the uncomfortable and rather dirty living room furniture. (Fortunately, the bed mattresses were great). Of concern, the shower floor was so slippery and unsafe we had to go out and buy a rubber shower mat.

Perfect pre-cruise

We needed a place for two couples to stay for two days prior to a cruise. This property was perfect. Not too big, but more than enough space for us. Clean, and close to both the airport and the cruise port. Property manager was great. Nice neighborhood, close to grocery, drug store and pubs. Will book again.

Pre-cruise stay

Beautiful apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was available. Nice patio off the living area which we enjoyed. Nearby to shops and restaurants. Kevin, the owner, is very nice and responsive.

Updated Apartment in Harbordale

We enjoyed our short stay in Kevin's property. The outside and inside pictures of the property are spot on. Location is close to major highways, restaurants and shopping. We were in an end unit which had a small patio off the kitchen. We enjoyed our morning coffee there. Kevin replied quickly to my questions. We would stay here again if in the area.

Clean, affordable, and good service!!

This property is close to the airport, easy to get to and close to most of the things to do in the area. The sofa wasn’t the most comfortable but most sofa beds are like that. An extra mirror in the bedrooms would have been a plus as there were 4 adults sharing one bath.
