Check in was very easy simply because the real estate agent clearly communicated the specifics in advance. When the unit was cleaned and ready they contacted us so that if we were in the area we could move in. In this case it was slightly earlier than the designated check in time. The home is lovely and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped with everything a person would need. I would suggest listing some of the larger items on the amenity list such as a regular coffee maker and 5 quart crock pot. I called the realtor to see if these things were available but they didn’t know. Hence we lugged ours all the way to Bethany when the house already had these items. As far as the community pool and club house on site I would recommend waiting to pay the 35.00 fee and check it out first. We paid for 12 people and probably only 8 used the facility. Y would recommend you pay as you go. I feel like we wasted a lot of money by paying at arrival. (Live and learn. The pool is onl31/2 feet deep. There is a smaller children’s pool. The office there on site only gives every house one key fob to enter the facility. So if some of your group is using the workout room and later someone wants to go swimming the person working out has to stop to give the other members of your party the fob to get into the pool. The wrist bands you purchase do not get you into the facility. They just indicate you are a paying guest. This was an issue, at times. Seems like there is some other way to do this.
