Thank you for the review, we obviously feel the need to address a few items: - We felt terrible that the clubhouse was not available, it truly hasn't ever happened before, because it is completely out of our control, we do list in our rental agreement that we can't guarantee access. - A full refund of the deposit WAS given because we felt bad about the clubhouse not being available, despite the house being left in poor condition and incurring extra cleaning costs. - From the rental agreement sent to you via Vrbo messages, "Trash should be collected, bagged and placed in the outdoor containers contained in the white fenced-in corral, visible from the garage." There is trash pick-up year-round, and an outdoor receptacle available at all times. - All fees are noted in the description, where it states that week-long rentals receive complimentary linens, we then give other renters the option of renting or bringing their own, if you paid for linens that means you chose that option. Amenity fees are also contained in the property description. - We have 5 kitchen table chairs, not 4, and 4 seats around the coffee table in the living room. We also have a high chair provided for those families that need it. - While the house is not brand new, we receive excellent reviews from those who choose to stay with us - our rental agreement gives comprehensive information on how to handle check-out along with other helpful hints. This review was written following a request for a refund on top of the already refunded security deposit 2 weeks following the stay and feels like a retaliation. We're sorry your trip was not all you hoped for, as is evident from our many other reviews, we do everything we can to make our renters and their groups happy and well-accommodated.
