The house was a perfect size for our family. Very clean and had everything we needed.The location was great and easy to get to . The host was very responsive and answered my questions quickly.I would definitely stay there again. I would highly recommend.

This was a very well-done coastal vacation home! We enjoyed the new furniture and fresh feel. Everything was exceptionally clean and we appreciated the starter supply packet from the management company. The property was in walking distance to the beach and park and we rented a golf cart for ease and convenience to get around town.

Spent our first Thanksgiving away from home and had a wonderful time. House is nicely set up, comfortable furnishing and beds. Property managers even left us a special treat for our thanksgiving.

Great house. Very clean, very nice. I would only maybe have wanted a broom/dustbuster thing to sweep up sand in the foyer and maybe a hanger or two but other than that it was a great vacation!

Place was mostly great - clean, great location, good amount of space. There were just a couple of things worth noting: the house does not have two bunk beds as advertised, just one with a trundle and the house had limited items to use for cooking. We had to buy a knife for chopping, cutting boards, and cereal bowls. There are limited pots and pans and only a small baking sheet. Also, if you’re particular about your pillows, bring your own, the ones in the house were pretty flat and appeared pretty old when we stripped the beds. Speaking of beds, they were comfy!Previous reviews mentioned there were not hangers or a broom but those concerns have been resolved. There were ample hangers in each room and a broom and dust pan. The house also had a handful of games and a few beach chairs. Overall, the house met our needs and the starter set of toilet paper and paper towels lasted us the entire week!

Nice house not far from the beach or park

The house was clean and met all of our needs. I liked having a half bath and a dedicated laundry room on the first floor. The kitchen has nice appliances but bring a blender if you need one. The adult bedrooms are a good size. There are two bunk beds (one with a trundle bed) in the smaller bedroom. TVs in all bedrooms. We could walk through the Park to get to the beach quicker. I will definitely consider renting this house in the future.
