ケープチャールズがビーチまで3ブロック、メイソンストリートまで3ブロックという魅力をすべてお楽しみください。 この家は、近代的な家のすべての設備と快適さを備えた最近の新しい建築家です。 セントラルパークに面しているため、1階のポーチまたは2階のポーチからセントラルパークでの夏のコンサートをリラックスして楽しむことができます。 1階に1つのマスタースイート、2階に2番目のマスタースイートがあるオープンフロアプラン。 3番目のベッドルームは大人4人または子供4人を収容できる大きさです。 引き出し式ソファ付きの2階にある追加のオープンエリア。 後ろの芝生を見下ろすスクリーン付きのバックデッキをお楽しみください。 裏庭は集まりに十分な大きさです。 ガスグリルと屋外シャワーが含まれています。

Family friendly, as it is overlooking the park and has great sleeping options for families of multiple children. House was clean and had what we needed for a short two night stay. The beds were comfortable and AC worked beautifully, so we all slept very well during our stay.

We had a great stay! Very spacious rooms and closets. The location was fabulous! The park was just a few steps away. And we walked downtown every day. Great house! Would stay here again! The game systems were a hit with my kids!

Great location next to the park and a short walk to the beach. Being able to rent the golf carts and having them ready for us when we arrived was a wonderful convenience. Front porch was great for after dinner ice cream.

Anchors by the Park was a perfect stay for our family of five, plus grandparents! The location was amazing, right next to the park & playground and an easy walk or ride to the beach or into town. Having the golf cart on-property was so convenient and we used it all the time. The rooms were great for us and the kids loved the loft & arcade game setup. The two porches were wonderful for relaxing in the mornings and evenings. We would definitely stay again!

The property was amazing and the location was excellent. The house is beautiful and well maintained. Everything was clean and in working order. We didn’t even experience any glitches during our stay. Great Place Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect for families. House was clean and had everything we needed. Right next to a great park, walking distance to Main Street and of course the beach. Hope to stay here again!

LOVED this house!! We were lucky enough to be here during the summer concert series and we could sit on the porch and see the concert! The kids loved the games in the house and having the playground so close the house was just perfect. The house was so comfy and clean and had everything we could need. The hosts were so easy and friendly to work with!

House overlooks the park so good if traveling with little kids. Golf carts can be rented directly and it was awesome having them stored away in the garage. The 6 seater golf carts is very fast and both are very nice golf carts. Note that there is a resident that lives above the garage. The stairs to the garage unit come into the backyard and the tenant does laundry in the garage. So, if renting golf carts and have garage access, anything you store in the garage is accessible by the tenant. The first night we were there, the tenant parked behind the garage blocking our ability to get the golf cart out of the garage. We had to contact the owner for resolution. I would not have rented the house had we known there was someone else living on the property…we either missed this in the listing or it’s not clearly noted. Additionally, one golf cart was not charged when we arrived. Owner tried to say it was operator error but after charging for a few house, we will able to get the golf cart to start. No discount for the loss of use for a first day was offered.

Originally from Philadelphia, (John) and my wife (Rachelle) is from New Orleans, however we make Virginia Beach our home now and have been in the area since 2003. We have been making trips to Cape Charles during this time and really enjoy the small-town charm of the place. In 2015, we decided to embark on building a vacation home that we and others can utilize as a getaway from what is usually a busy schedule.

Our new custom home is made perfect for relaxing, with everything close by. It's an easy walk to the beach or to the main street in town. My favorite is sitting on the front porch in the summer and enjoying the concerts on Saturday nights in the park, great seats without leaving the house. If you have kids, the playground is right past the neighbor's house.

Enjoy the concerts in the Park right from the front porch. If you are traveling with children, you can send them right outside to the swings in the playground to keep them occupied, if needed. You do not have to go far to take a peaceful stroll along the pathway in the park, located across the street in front of the house.
