No cleaning fee*. Experience comfort in our cozy, family-friendly 2-bedroom legal basement suite, ideal for families, couples, and business travellers. The suite includes a comfortable living area, a kitchen with essentials, as seen in the picture, a full bathroom with a shower and necessary amenities, and two cozy bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed for restful sleep. Enjoy the convenience of a private entrance, in-suite laundry, self-check-in, and free street parking. Our rowhouse basement unit is designed for a relaxing and pleasant stay. The property is located in the Silverton community, just a 3-minute drive from local shops like Silverado Shoppers Drug Mart and Sobeys, a 7-minute drive from Walmart, and a 7-minute drive from Spruce Meadows. Downtown Calgary is a 28-minute drive, and Banff is about 1.5 hours away, making it a perfect base for city exploration and nature lovers alike. The unit features high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV for entertainment, and a bathroom with fresh towels and basic toiletries. Guests have their own separate furnaces with an Ecobee thermostat, allowing you to control the temperature to suit your comfort. The peaceful and family-friendly neighborhood offers a tranquil environment, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire basement unit, easily accessible through private outside stairs, with self-check-in provided for added convenience. Feel free to message me through the Vrbo app if you have any questions or need assistance during your stay. I'm typically quick to respond. For late-night bookings or if you need immediate help during check-in, please give me a call so I can assist, even if it’s after hours. The entire unit is meticulously cleaned and sanitized before each check-in, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for every guest. Freshly washed linens are provided for each guest, ensuring a clean and comfortable experience. A profile picture is required when booking, in line with platform guidelines. An email address is needed when booking and will be securely maintained in compliance with the City of Calgary's short-term rental regulations. Please note that the community is new, and there may be some ongoing construction work nearby. While we aim to provide a peaceful stay, occasional noise during daytime hours may occur. Additional rules *We kindly ask you to follow these guidelines during your stay:* 🚭 No smoking, vaping, or weed use inside the unit or anywhere around the house. The use of any smoking devices is strictly prohibited to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests and Neighbors. Violators will incur a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning and may be subject to a cancellation of their stay. #Shoe Policy: Please leave your shoes outside the unit on the stairs, where the boot tray is provided. #Respect Shared Spaces: The stairs, located outside your unit, are occasionally used by the landlord to access the furnace room. #Stairs and Door Light Usage: The stairs light and outside door light should be turned off when not in use to conserve energy. #Please clean up the kitchen after using it. #We would appreciate it if all pots, pans, and dishes used during your stay are cleaned and put away. # Kindly dispose of any garbage or food waste in the designated bins. #To maintain a pleasant environment for everyone, we request that dirty dishes are not left in the sink overnight.
