No pets allowed, please leave them at home

No firearms or ammunition allowed on the property



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 6,000+ sq ft home, the property grounds, and all listed amenities.



Self Check-In: Enjoy a seamless arrival with our secure smart lock system. A unique code will be provided prior to your arrival.

Parking: Free parking is available for your vehicles in the on-site garage and in the driveway.

Boating: A private boat slip is available to rent for an additional fee during your stay.

3rd Floor Loft: Accessed by a steep ladder. Please exercise extreme caution when accessing the space. We do not recommend this area for young kids



Other Things to Note:

Recreational Equipment: Your stay includes complimentary use of our kayaks and paddle boat. Please use them safely and at your own risk.

Fireplace: Bring your own firewood for the great room's wood-burning fireplace and outdoor fireplace.

Lake Access: The property has direct but unfenced access to the lake. Please supervise children at all times when outdoors.



Interaction with Guests:

We are committed to ensuring you have a wonderful and private stay. We will not be present at the property during your visit but are always available to answer questions or provide assistance via the messaging app or by phone.
