Newly remodeled lake view cottage sleeps 10 . 3 bedroom , 2 1/2 bathroom, laundry, WiFi, open concept living room with dining, kitchen with fridge, range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker . Linens and towels etc supplied. New fire pit( firewood included )lake view/ access. Garage / recreation area holds Kayaks, paddle boards, cornhole, tubes, life jackets , ping pong table, bikes. Private pier access to lake for beautiful sunrises , swimming, etc. Golf cart included for licensed driver . This beautiful house is only approximately 300 feet from beautiful Bass Lake, where you have your own private pier access, and can watch a beautiful sunrise every morning. In addition to being in the Bass Lake area, we are only 12 miles from Culver, approximately 12 miles from Winamac , and only 5 miles from Knox. Five restaurants/bars around the lake. And five towns are within 10 miles each for additional shopping, restaurants, etc..

Barefoot Bungalow is a GEM! Val’s decorating is spot on for a Bass Lake house and her amenities are perfect. Val’s home is clean and exactly as described. Also, her communication rating earns her a A!The 1st floor primary bedroom, en-suite and laundry were so helpful and appreciated, as I just had a total knee replaced 12 days ago. My only one negative thing to say is why do we have to leave so soon (the week flew by)! We will be back. Thanks Val!

Parents Weekend

Stayed here for parents weekend at Culver and we were happy with the house and amenities. The owners live nearby and made sure we were well taken care of. Wish we had more time to enjoy the lake during our stay.

Great Stay at the Lake!

I stayed at this adorable home with my two daughters for a few days in June. It was perfect. We loved taking golf cart rides, sitting on the porch and hanging out on the dock. There were so many little extras that made the stay even better. A coffee station, s'mores kits, and so many beach and water toys. I highly recommend!

The perfect getaway

Everything about this was awesome. We all enjoyed the home inside as well the outside. Also we enjoyed the lake cruising with a rental of a pontoon boat just across the lake.

All the comforts of home and then some. The house is well -equipped, comfortable and has a beautiful view. The kitchen has everything needed for a quick snack or full meal. The coffee bar gets an A - a unique and welcome rental addition. The porch, fire pit, lake dock and golf cart were hits with everyone. Can’t ask for a better rental!

What a wonderful place! We really enjoyed our stay here. Spotlessly clean, beautiful location and really comfortable. Quality furnishings and appliances. Fast wi-fi, nice TV, everything was just great. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend.
