Perfect stylish apartment next to the city, but no traffic noise. Free secure, allocated parking. Pool. tennis court, gym & restaurant in the complex. 10 minute walk to the city or Elizabeth Quay entertainment quarter. At the foot of magnificent Kings Park, walk to Swan River, cycle paths on your doorstep and the free city bus 3 min walk away.

Enjoy your meals on the private balcony, look West & see the fitness junkies climbing the famous Jacobs Ladder to Kings Park, look East & see Perth City skyline.

Spacious one bedroom apartment with lots of wardrobe and storage cupboards. Modern kitchen with stone counter tops and Nespresso machine. Large bathroom with bathtub. Apartment contains free washing machine and electric clothes dryer. Lounge/dining room with Smart TV. Queen sized bed with mattress topper, very comfortable!

We have allocated free underground secured parking accessible with the keycard.

Unlimited fast Wi-Fi.

Tennis rackets and balls for free supplied in the apartment to use on the free tennis court.

We loved staying at the apartment! Very centrally located opposite a lovely park with a lake, and at the base of Kings Park. We could walk into the city and also to Elizabeth Quay. The host was very friendly and helpful and provided coffee pods for the nespresso machine and Who Gives A Crap quality TP as well as laundry liquid for the free walking machine located inside the apartment. Free allocated parking was also very handy as we rented a car for our time in Perth.
