The is a beautiful and smartly designed home on gorgeous property, the 2 Bedrooms on the main floor were great for people with accessibility issues however the walkway was challenging for one of our senior men who is blind and has mobility issues. Overall a great stay!

This is one of our top favorite VRBO stays! The Cozy House is better than the photos and the host is the most thoughtful, friendly and responsive host we have experienced in our many years staying in these personally owned accommodations! Min is an absolute jewel! Did I mention the incredible backyard oasis? Wow it’s a quiet, beautiful and exquisite setting! The neighborhood is safe and the home is on a road the dead ends so there is only local traffic. We walked a few blocks to a grocery store and lovely walk around Como Lake. We felt refreshed and renewed after our stay. We look forward to staying here in the future. Thank you for your amazing service and hospitality!

Must stay!

Place was very nice. Walls at thick so you can’t hear anything outside the door which is really nice! Place was clean and modern and the communication between me and the owner was immaculate. Would most definitely stay again if i get the chance.

The owner was one of the best I have delt with. House was great and would happily recomend people staying here. We had 4 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of room. Back yard is beautiful.

What a gorgeous property! We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for 6-8 people. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals. The couch could use an upgrade, a bit lumpy ;). The place had no hair dryer but that’s really the only thing missing. Check-in instructions could have been sent a bit earlier. I had to request for them. Overall, a very nice experience and we were sad to leave it.

Beautiful home in a great location!

This home is absolutely beautiful and an amazing place to stay. My group had 7 of us and it was super comfortable for all of us with 4 beds and plenty of space for air mattresses. The only thing is two of the beds are in the open air loft and not in separate rooms but this is hardly an issue. We did not have to worry about noise or being too loud at all and cooking while talking loudly at night didn’t seem to be an issue. We had a slight issue at check in but that got resolved quickly in 20 minutes. The place also had super fast wifi. Overall this home was awesome and would 100% stay here again.

Awesome property in excellent condition. The batteries for the access code mechanism were dead upon our arrival, but Min was quick to let us in, and provided us with a physical key during our stay/visit. There were 10-12 long/shallow steps, and 5-6 short/steep(er) steps to get to the front door, which posed some minor issues with one family member, who had some mobility issues. Very unique home

We stayed here as two couples with two kids for one week.It’s a very lovely home and the kitchen was pretty much stocked with everything we needed to be able to cook for the week, minus a cheese grater lolThe upstairs loft was perfect for the kids and the bedrooms were quiet when doors were closed. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. The couch could use an update, it looks nice in the space but was not great for relaxing after a long day. The patio is serene, surrounded by mature trees. The house is in someone’s backyard so it was shared; we only seen someone else back there once while we were there but we did think it was private when booking. We liked the neighbourhood the house was in, it was quiet and close to a beautiful park with trails and a community pool. It’s street parking and we did come out to a huge wad of gum stuck on our rental one morning, hopefully just one time bad luck….We were about 45 minutes to the airport, downtown or the ferry terminal. No issues checking in and only had to contact the host once but they were helpful and quick to reply. 9/10 would stay again.

Beautiful, clean, and private in a lovely, quiet neighborhood

We arrived late- close to midnight. The host, Min, had given us entry instructions 2 days prior, which is wonderful. However, the lock code didn't work. We tried it multiple times, different combinations, etc. The house is somehow adjoined to another on the property but with a separate entrance. We weren't sure if the owners occupied that other structure and given the time of night, we ended up having to repack the car and find a hotel for the evening. Min called me promptly first thing in the morning so we went back to the house to find all the doors open welcomingly and a refund for that first missed night in process.The home is very clean, comfy beds, and very private in a safe neighborhood. All inquiries were answered immediately, except the one I made at midnight but I can't fault him for that. They also granted us extended check out time if needed as we were in town for a celebration of life event and wanted to enjoy a later breakfast together.Would definitely stay again!
