This is an excellent place to stay if you are visiting the Coquitlam/ Port Moody area.The Starlight Suite was excellent cozy, comfortable, and the host Cory was extremely helpful for any of our needs.Highly recommended.

Great Coquitlam Stay

The Kitchen was well equipped. It was nice and cool inside even in the hot weather. The teens and children especially liked the use of the back yard and pool. Our host Cory, was friendly and welcoming!

The Starlight Suite in Coquitlam, BC is a cozy little home away from home. Comfortable, clean and quiet location with a beautiful view of the Rockies and close to all amenities. We enjoyed our stay and will likely revisit in the future.

Relaxing stay away

The property was exactly what was described in on VRBO. Clean, quite and home place to stay. We stayed the off season for pool use, but still enjoyed our stay.

Great, Quiet Home in Coquitlam

We chose this location as we were visiting our son and other family in Coquitlam. It proved to be a very good place to stay for several reasons. The lovely property is close to Coquitlam Centre, Lafarge Lake, Mundy Park and Rocky Point Park. There are also a number of good eateries nearby. The cozy 2 bedroom suite suited us very well although our son found the single bed much too short for him. The suite has a very well equipped kitchen and there is also a laundry room that can be accessed. Although there was a hot tub mentioned, we never located it. Our host (Cory) was very friendly and easy to deal with as well as being very accomodating and flexible as our plans changed.Cory always answered our questions or queries quickly and efficiently. We will definitely consider staying at this property in the future when in or around the area.

This is a perfect place for a family to stay, it’s safe and fun. Full kitchen, bathroom, laundry and two separate bedrooms. Host was amazing and accommodating, this was a better stay than a over priced hotel! Her service was over the moon and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! I hope to rebook in the near future !

Home away from home.

This is an excellent home away from home. The property is very well kept. The pool was a hit for my family. The owner was very accommodating and went and above beyond to ensure our stay was a success!

We loved the pool during the heat of August--the suite itself was nice and cool. This was the perfect place for 4 adults and a child to stay while we were attending an event in the area, would highly recommend!

Great place to stay, lovely host

The host is lovely, very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The suite was perfect for us and we’ll equipped. It had some board games which we enjoyed playing whilst chilling out and the pool provided hours of fun. The location is perfect for exploring and we found some beautiful parks close by. I would definitely recommend the suite and would love to come back. Thank you for having us

Lovely property

I was born and raised in Coquitlam, and love it here! I had 5 children, and although they don't all live with me now, they all love this home in Coquitlam and the pool!

I had an earlier career in the Hospitality and Tourism industry, (Hotel front desk clerk, Travel Agent, and also Air Canada). After starting my family, I became a Realtor in the area in 1997 till the present. In 2002, I realized that there was a great need for people to have a 'home' and not a hotel when they were moving and between homes. There were only a couple 'vacation rental properties' in all the lower mainland when I started out with the Starlight Suite. I sold my vacation rental, 'The Mermaid Hutch' in Birch Bay, Washington, USA, which I operated as a vacation rental since 2004.

My family and I have been blessed with meeting such wonderful people through the vacation rentals. As pleasurable as the suite is to guests, we enjoy having people as well! Come and stay...I am sure you won't be disappointed.

My home is in a desireable and well established area of Coquitlam. The lots here in this area of Ranch Park are larger than average, and have gorgeous mountain views out to the East. Coquitlam Centre Mall and the Towne Centre is at the bottom of the hill, less than a 10 minute drive away.
