Convenience and Space!
This property is a new build in the heart of downtown BR. The condo was spacious and well-appointed with thoughtful amenities like the hot tub in a covered area! There was plenty of room for meals and board games but also the three bathrooms had generous space. For our group of 4, 2 adults and 2 teens, there was actually a bedroom we never used because the teens took advantage of the room with two beds. To have dedicated parking in downtown, speaks for itself. I will say the parking was a bit tight w our suv but there were 2 unassigned spaces we used that had easier access. Once parked, we had the convenience of all the shopping and restaurants right outside our door. However, the condo is a couple of steps off the main street so we never heard noise from the holiday crowds. Great location!
