Nestled just a five-minute walk from Barachois Beach, this stunning beach house offers the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm.

The heart of the home is its spacious kitchen, featuring elegant stone countertops and a propane stove, seamlessly flowing into the open-concept living and dining areas with 14 ft ceilings. Here, floor-to-ceiling windows frame breathtaking ocean views, flooding the space with natural light. To the right, the luxurious primary suite boasts a king-sized bed and expansive windows that overlook the ocean, along with a large en-suite bathroom complete with a relaxing soaker tub and a walk-in shower.

On the left side of the home, you'll find the additional bedrooms: another king-sized room, a cozy queen bedroom, and a room with two twin beds, all conveniently located near a guest bathroom.

The beach house also features a half bathroom and laundry room for your convenience.

Outside, unwind on the spacious back deck, perfect for barbecuing and entertaining, or savor your morning coffee on the front deck, with uninterrupted views of the water. Just a quick walk away is Barachois Beach where you can enjoy North Shore waves, and the sandy beach.

Just a 10-minute drive away, North Rustico offers a vibrant mix of dining, entertainment, deep-sea fishing, and essential amenities, making this home a perfect coastal retreat.

Our stay was amazing! The home was a perfect location for us. We had wedding photos taken in the home because the natural lighting was incredible. The house was spacious, very comfortable beds, overall it was a perfect experience!

Clean, modern, spacious! Perfect location to enjoy a wonderful summer vacation PEI. Ideal if you enjoy close proximity to a beautiful, almost private, beach!(And concluding your day with habiscus margaritas and lobster at nearby Blue Mussel Cafe is also highly recommended:)

This house was as described and more! It was just the two of us so there was ample space and all necessary amenities are provided.Kitchen is a home run with more than ample silverware, utensils, cutlery and cookware. Coffee pot is both drip and k-cup plus an electric pot to boil water. If cooking is your thing, you will love this kitchen. BBQ grill on the back deck/patio is also a winner.The house is in a small neighborhood and overlooks the water and you can watch the sunrise from the living room. The neighborhood is very quiet and there is minimal road traffic. If you want a quiet vacation, this place is the place to be. Added bonus, there is minimal light noise in the area so the stars really come out! We caught The Big Dipper one night. Spectacular.The hot water system is a little idiosyncratic so be patient.Anglo Rustico is pretty central on the island so you are no more than 90 minutes from anywhere.The recycling/compost/waste system takes a little bit to figure out, but the guides are helpful.There were a couple of minor issues and the management company handled them expeditiously. Communication was fantastic!All in all, this house is a big winner and highly recommend!

Beautiful Beach Wonderful Family Home

This is a gorgeous, brand new home in 2025. First off, we loved the new Endy mattresses and the bedding was great. There was lots of beach toys, beach chairs, washing detergent, dishwasher soap, everything was thought of. Ample amount of dishes, cutlery etc including a lobster pot. Small appliances including a 2in1 Keurig coffee machine, microwave, toaster and blender. Decent internet/wifi. Close to charming North Rustico (gotta go to Crickers Ice Cream), Cavendish, Charlottetown. Lovely calming environment. Beautiful view from porch to the water/bay. Then from the back yard there’s easy shared access to a staircase leading to a trail thru the dunes to the beach. It takes about 10 minutes thru lovely soft sand to a wonderful and very under-utilized beach. Truly, access to this beach is this house’s greatest asset. As this house is brand new, we’d suggest minor improvements including extra seating on front porch, umbrella for outdoor table, outdoor shower/foot washing station, and extra cozy chair/storage shelf in Living Room. Be aware with small children everything is beautifully white, but the sand is red, so we did our best to keep the house clean. There are many large windows, but not all upper ones have window coverings so if you don’t like morning light, bring an eye mask.Descriptions about garbage disposal could be clearer. Assistance by management company was super responsive, broken microwave was replaced immediately.In short: BOOK NOW, you won’t regret it.
