Thank you so much for the detailed review. I am happy to see you enjoyed many locations and amenities at the cottage and area. It is somehow strange that you were under the impression any of the checkout or cleaning items were meant for guests, since NONE of those things are meant for guests to do in order to check out. Our cleaning team does all the linens, deep cleaning, functional review of all items in the cottage, etc. Goodness! Our sincere apologies about this misconception. We will look forward to making it up to you somehow in the near future and would love to communicate with you again about how we could do that. Kindest regards to you and your family.
