This beautiful home is located on 4 acres in the charming town of Monmouth. The property sits directly on Cochnewagon Lake. Spacious open concept, two bedroom home, large kitchen, dining with a view of breathtaking sunsets. This property offers an inground heated pool, pool house, and outdoor patio for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful outdoors. The beautiful dock allows for a boat and as a bonus, this alluring outdoor setting is located next to the local boating launch and public beach. The property offers many extras to permit you to enjoy time away from a busy schedule. Swimming, relaxing by the pool, enjoying cocktails by the fire, fitness room, relaxing in the hot tub, full-spectrum infrared sauna, visiting the beach next door, shopping and dining locally. The possibilities are endless.

Please be sure to put all fires out properly. The owner have a dog so if you have allergies this may not be the rental for you.

Not what we expected

Beware the pet free listing does not mean pet free there was pet hair on the beds, sofas, floors and counters, also pet food bowls in the dining room and pet beds in one room! It also had a strange smell! And there is a security camera under the TV in the living room that we were told would be turned around, but was not! Overall very disappointed with the cleanliness of house!

Beautiful views, gorgeous house

Overall it was a great stay at a beautiful house. Quiet, relaxing, just what the doctor ordered.

A Magical Escape

There aren't enough words to describe how wonderful the host and location and setting and amenities of this home are. Jenn is so caring and thoughtful. She went so far beyond preparing every detail she could think of. The hardest thing was figuring out where I wanted to relax between the hammock, the lounge chairs, the dock, the hot tub, the patio, or inside the house. The kayaks and paddle board were also such great activities to have as options. The lake is the perfect size... just small enough to keep big boats away and just big enough to have space to roam. This is a dream property with space and peace and activities... I wish I lived here. Can't wait to come back. Thank you so much, Jenn!
