Every corner reflects their care — from the refreshed kitchen and newly added shiplap accents, updated bathrooms, expanded lower level, and even the relocated porch posts that now frame an unobstructed lake view.

The main level welcomes you with a full kitchen, cozy dining area, spacious living room, full bath with washer/dryer, and a screened porch that invites you to linger over morning coffee or evening sunsets. Downstairs, the walk-out lower level offers two comfortable bedrooms, a second bathroom, and a sunlit open deck perfect for soaking in the stunning lake views.

We loved this place. Very comfortable. Location perfect. The view from the bottom deck was worth a million dollars. Great area to stay in. Very quiet. Planning a trip for next year already.

The cabin was nice and in a great location however when we arrived the cabin had not been cleaned beds weren't made and trash not removed. We notified host, they were very responsive, and apologetic and sent a cleaning service. The lake was great and having a boat rental service on the lake worked out perfect.

The cottage was fine, but we could not park a boat and trailer on property. They let us park up the steep road to a spot but a bit of work to hook up boat.

Drawn to the natural beauty and peaceful rhythm of Cobbosseecontee Lake, they lovingly transformed this home into a luxurious retreat—not only for themselves, but for guests to enjoy as well.

What began as a personal getaway quickly turned into a passion project. Together, they remodeled the cottage with care and intention, updating the kitchen, adding beautiful shiplap details, refreshing the bathrooms, expanding the lower level, and even relocating the porch posts to capture the most breathtaking, unobstructed lake views.

Forrest and Liz are thrilled to share this special place where their own happiest memories have been made. Whether it’s a quiet morning coffee on the porch, an afternoon paddle on the lake, or a cozy evening by the fire, they’ve designed the cottage to offer guests the same sense of comfort, adventure, and connection to nature that they treasure so much themselves.
