We had a wonderful time at this property! Beautiful view of the river and convenient location! The home was cozy and the fireplace was nice. Would definitely recommend!

The house was very nice and enjoyed our stay. Having a person in a wheelchair was hard. There is not enough outside lighting, in the front and side by the ramp. Needs to be a sidewalk all the way to the ramp. Very hard to get the wheelchair through the grass and rocks. In downstairs bath a grab bar for handicap and high toilet would be nice.

Property was very nice. Right on the river as pictured. Description of property was spot on. the back deck was very nice especially with the slide outs to keep little ones (or pets) enclosed. Host was easy to work with and accommodating. Would definitely recommend. We took a fan since we stayed in the bunk house to help circulate the air from the window unit. And the walks over to the main house in the middle of the night for bathroom use were well lit. As mentioned, would stay again....

The house is beautiful and the back porch was top notch. Very family friendly with child gates to keep the littles contained and still enjoy the outside. River access was wonderful and the entire setup was well done.

Great Place!

We loved our time at this home on the river. It was a great time of year to visit, not too hot and not cold. We spent a lot of time sitting on both the upper and lower decks watching the river and all the people fishing. Very relaxing! The house had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the small town of Mountain View. Good restaurants and cute little shops!

Home away from home

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful home on the White River. The pics online don’t do this recently renovated home justice. So peaceful , quiet and relaxing. Only regret was weather didn’t allow us time to fully appreciate the deck. The owner and the Evolve Team made us feel right at home- couldn’t have asked for a better rental experience. My wife enjoyed reading a book in front of the fireplace while I was out running on the Sylamore trail.

Beautiful location and great accommodations!

Beautiful views from inside and from decks in the back of the home. Large spaces and seating for our family of nine or even more. Appreciated the comfortable sectional couch and swivel rocker chairs. Nice to have TV up in stairs loft and in the bunkie for our kiddos! Large parking area and front yard area for our children to play outside. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

AMAZING TIME

Our girls/birthday weekend was absolutely amazing! House was clean, comfortable, and perfect location on the White river. Hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. They went above and beyond, and had birthday decorations, flowers and balloons for my bday when we showed up. Weather was perfect. We loved the deck overlooking the river. Best weekend ever! Everything was great! Not a single complaint.

Everything was great! Not a single complaint. Me and my family had such a relaxing time. Even with the river flooding the day we arrived, the yard was plenty big enough to get out and play catch with the kids and play around. Also the lighted bottom deck with the fire pit was a huge success for s’mores with the kiddos.

Great location for larger families

Overall this was a good location for us. The bank behind the house was a little steep and made access to the river very difficult for some of my family. The river level varies greatly and it is important to be aware of that anywhere you stay. It sis not an easy place to get kayaks etc in and out of the river. But there is a ramp a couple of miles away. Also pay attention to the bedroom situation. It’s stated but it can be a little awkward I had my 3 college age kids, my mom and my wife. The stairs are steep so my mom slept in the master. My wife and I slept in the upper bedroom. The twin beds are in an open area upstairs that you walk through to go downstairsthe bathroom so they don’t have any privacy. The other beds are in a separate building. That person has to come to the main house to use the bathroom. It was all fine for us.
