The Space:

The Pink Venetian (lower unit) is on the sand of Capitola Beach - the perfect place for the ultimate beach vacation!



This clean and comfortable studio features one queen bed and a pull-out couch which allow 4 guests to sleep comfortably in the studio.  There is NO full kitchen in this unit.  There is a sink, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and basic dishes and cutlery; a dining area, one full bathroom; and a washer and dryer.   This is the downstairs unit of a duplex, the front door of this unit is directly in front of the sand of Capitola Beach.



Beach chairs, umbrellas, and an assortment of fun beach games are provided for your entertainment. Please note: this home is located beachfront- literally steps from the sand. There will most likely be people close to the entryway , and you will probably hear and see them. Please be aware of that before booking.



A parking pass for free street parking around Capitola Village is also provided during your stay.



There is an exterior security camera for your added safety.



Surf City Rentals Policy

No Parties or Disruptive Behavior: Surf City Rentals prohibits parties, open-invite events, disruptive gatherings, and any behavior that disturbs the surrounding community, including excessive noise, visitors, trash, smoking nuisances, parking issues, trespassing, or vandalism.

Cancellation Policy: We strictly adhere to our cancellation policy, and no exceptions will be made.

Trip Insurance: We strongly advise all guests to purchase trip insurance to protect their booking in case of unforeseen circumstances.

This rental has a separate unit above that is available to rent - please inquire for larger parties, as we can connect the two units if desired, otherwise it’s separated and has separate entrances on different levels.. This unit may also be rented out to others during your stay, it is a separate rental and does not impact either unit.
