We had such a great time at this property. It was very clean, modern and comfortable. We played “smashball” on the lawn in front of the property, it’s a game sold at all the beach shops in town. I have a bad back and the bed felt wonderful, no pain in the morning.We have 2 kiddos and they enjoyed watching shows in the evening as Disney and regular television once they were tuckered out from beach time.We sat out front on the porch of the property and enjoyed people watching, reading a book and drinking our coffee, while listening to the ocean and birds flying over. We didn’t have to get in our car once to drive anywhere as there was a restaurant in every direction. This was our first time in Capitola and we can’t wait to stay again!
