Beautiful family bach with a secure, private backyard, 10m walk to the beach, the cafes, or the harbour. Or simply sit on the deck and enjoy the view. Outdoor shower for after surfing. Secure boat park. High Quality Linen on beds. Walk to the Leigh Sawmill. One minute drive to the gorgeous Mathesons Bay or local fish and chips. Beautiful Goat Island 5min drive.
Please note we are right next to the community fire station which has a very loud siren.
Fully Fenced, Dog Friendly Outside.

Modern sun filled Leigh bach

Leigh bach with modern kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable beds and nice sized rooms. Good for our dog too with a large fenced back yard. Good parking. Short walk to great burgers and coffee. Would stay again.

Very comfortable and lovely helpful owner

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful bach in Leigh. The bach was a great size for our family of four, and the two teens enjoyed having a room each. The bach is beautifully appointed, with lovely furnishings, a great coffee machine, loads of books, beautifully scented toiletries and candles. We appreciated the milk and coffee left for us. We enjoyed swimming and snorkeling at nearby Mattheson's Bay, and trips to the farmers' market and cinema at Matakana. We liked cooking in the well-appointed kitchen, having stocked up in Matakana. The teens liked Leigh Eats for burgers, and adults liked Matakana oysters.It was great to be able to bring our small dog, and for her to be able to run around the fenced property. We took our boat and launched it from Leigh and tootled about the coastline. There's a lot to do in this area. We drove to Omaha one day, headed to Goat Island briefly, walked bits of the Leigh Coastal walkway with the dog, and enjoyed looking in shops and galleries in Matakana. The bach is relaxing and has a lovely aesthetic. Thank you so much!
