This charming one-bedroom, very private, quiet apartment is along the Ausable River. It is centrally located in a picturesque tourist village, offering easy access to local attractions, shops, cafes, and restaurants. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, and all necessary kitchenware for preparing meals. Ideal for couples with one or two children or solo travelers looking for a convenient and cozy retreat.

Chill out on your private deck overlooking the Ausable River. Relax in your hot tub by the river, sit and chat by the fire pit, roasting marshmallows.

Grand Bend has so much fun and nature to offer. Highlights include its famous beach, nature with Pinery Provincial Park, high-quality entertainment at Huron Country Playhouse, brewery, and a winery, golf, water sports, and so much more. My wife and I completely renovated the apartment for us to live comfortably while our main home was being renovated. We loved the apartment we created and the lifestyle of being in the heart of Grand Bend. We are proud to share it with you now. ENJOY our apartment and Grand Bend.

Prime location in all aspsects to the town, fully equipped for entertaining complete with modern decor, accessories and appliances. Cant wait to return next year for next summer's vacation!

We loved the place and hope to come back one day. It was super clean, had everything you need and beautiful view of the river bed. The hot tub was a nice added feature we used a lot. It really felt like home away from home 😊

This property is wonderful for a small family of 3. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We also utilized the washer and dryer which was a plus. The walk to the beach is an easy 15 minutes as we strolled along the many shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Check in was easy, communication was prompt and informative. The place was beautiful. My teenage son and I enjoyed the outdoor hot tub each night, the patio and comfy furniture and the BBQ. The open concept kitchen with island and living room with a comfortable sectional made it nice to watch the big screen tv in the mornings and evenings. We were just a short walk to the Grand Bend strip and a short drive to the motorplex. I highly recommend this for a comfortable home away from home!

Had a great stay at this property in Grand Bend. It is conveniently located at the top of the main drag facing the river. Home is clean, modern and recently renovated. Many amenities that I wouldn’t expect such as coffee, tea, condiments and firewood. Only downside is that the owner rents dock space on the river to the parasail boats so the crew wanders through the property mid morning and just after dusk. It was just a little weird and unexpected. Overall. Great place and great location!

Very nice 2nd floor apartment. Clean and had everything I needed. Appreciate the spices, tea/coffee, and condiments supplied as I was flying. Also a positive that toilet paper, paper towels, etc; were also supplied. Unit has both an awesome deck area with furniture and a grill along with a large patio area that backs up to the River. It’s an easy walk to the beach and all of the shops/restaurants. One pizza place directly across the street and a bar and grill next door. Thanks for the nice experience!

The location and the property itself was outstanding. We could walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The facilities were lovely. A very nice unit, the deck, patio and hot tub were great.

Josy and I are 35-year residents of Grand Bend. We raised our children here. Today our 6 kids and 8 grand kids regularly come back home to unite as a family, have fun on the beach, play minigolf in town, have a fine meal or a simple ice cream. We love Grand Bend.
My wife and I completely renovated the apartment for us to live comfortably while our main home was being renovated. We loved the apartment we created and the lifestyle of being in the heart of Grand Bend.

We are very grateful that we were able to obtain such a beautiful property in downtown Grand Bend 10 years ago. Wonderfully located along the Ausable River, and within minutes of Grand Bend's famous beach, Huron Country Playhouse, Pinery Provincal park.

Our Ausable View apartment has the best of two worlds.

Walk out to the village and have fun in Grand Bend with its many family-friendly activities.

Then come home and enjoy a modern, updated, private, and quiet apartment, which has everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. The private backyard with deck overlooking the Ausable River, along with a hot tub and fire pit. Throw steak or some burgers on the gas BBQ and eat on the deck just outside of the apartment. These peaceful and beautiful spaces are to relax and connect with your dearest friends and loving family.
