We provide limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started, including toilet paper, paper towel, soap, salt and pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. Should you require more, please plan accordingly.

We provide one bath towel per registered guest. Should you need more please plan accordingly.

Please note that there are separate units above and below this unit, so there is some potential for noise. This includes running water, footsteps, and some talking.

To access your private entrance, you will need to use a set of exterior stairs. If you have any accessibility needs or concerns about moving luggage, please take this into consideration. You can view photos of the stairs in our listing for more details.

Parking: This unit does not include parking. If you require parking, you must apply for a parking permit through the City of Toronto website. Please note that we are not responsible for any issues, availability, delays, or the issuance of permits, as these are managed by the City of Toronto.
