This bedroom ensuite is in a single detached home located in the new neighborhood of Empire Legacy near Hwy 406 by Merritt road. It is few minutes drive to Seaway Mall, Niagara College-Welland Campus, Pen Centre, Outlet Mall, Brock University, St. Catherine’s, Niagara Falls, Port Colborne, services and the beaches. You’ll enjoy the peaceful, quiet, friendly and family-oriented neighborhood.

Room is fully furnished with bed, beddings, sheets, lamp and side table. It has stand-up shower with glass door, jacuzzi, mirror and bathroom cabinet. It has a walk-in closet, fridge, cabinet and study table.

You’ll enjoy the wide window where you can see the green grass in the backyard and beautiful houses of neighbors.

Room is in the second floor adjacent to the laundry room. Kitchen, dining and living rooms are shared and are located in the first floor of the main unit.

Entering the property by the main door is through a smart lock. Guests will be provided with codes to enter.

The room we stayed in was spacious, clean and quiet. The host Elsa was very friendly and went the extra yard to get things we needed. They do have a couple students living there which were very friendly and you share the kitchen with. The price was right, and close to everything you need.

It is a new neighborhood, located near the highway, amenities, services and the beaches. Close to Niagara Falls (famous wonders of the world), St. Catherine’s (wine country), Niagara-on-the Lake, Fort Erie, Piet Colborne. Few minutes drive to Canada-US border. It is quiet, friendly & family-oriented neighborhood.

Property is well maintained, basically new (built in 2019). Offers complete hosting services- fully furnished rooms, cooking supplies, clean and wide common/shared areas, supplies for personal needs (shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towel, towels, and others), has high ceiling, open concept design and minimalist to make guests enjoy the common spaces. Has security system so guests feel protected and secured.

Can enjoy the company of other tenants of multi-cultural background.

Property is wine free, smoke free, drug free and vaping free.
