Loved this Vrbo, close to falls/attractions

We are walkers and dint mind a little bit of walking to all that Niagara Falls has to offer! Check-in was great, thenproperty was clean and communication was incredible! Great little crash pad for the night and it had everything we needed!!

Very clean, nice accommodations. It is a basement level unit, could hear people upstairs but not a bad experience. Nice walk to the falls and all of the touristy stuff.Friendly Host with great communication.

It’s a great location and a place to stay, however, the people in the unit above us were quite loud. We heard a lot of footsteps at 2 am and then again at 6 am.

Overall nice place/Good location

Was clean and had what we needed for a weekend stay. About 12-15 min walk to view the American falls and get to the edge of the main downtown Clifton Hill area.

We had a great stay at this VRBO in Niagara Falls! The home was very clean and located in a cute, quiet, and safe residential neighborhood. It was just a short walk to the Falls and nearby attractions, which made exploring super convenient. The only downside was the low ceiling height and some raised, uneven flooring that could be a tripping hazard. Overall, a charming and well-located place to stay with just a few quirks to be aware of.

Very clean and well organized

We had a great stay. Henry is very responsive and accommodating. The place is comfy and well equipped and walkable to Niagara Falls. We highly recommend it.

Clean and cozy

It was a very pleasnt stay. We walked everywhere from this Vrbo, walking distance from the Horseshoe falls were about 15 to 20 minutes. We crossed the Rainbow bridge to get to the American falls. Very easy crossing the boarder.Henry answered our questions right away. The place very clean and comfortable. Nice hot showers. Kitchen and bathroom very clean. Close enough to everything but far enough that your not in the middle of all the tourist stuff. Beautiful, safe neighborhood. Our visit was cozy and enjoyable.Thank youDamaris

Excellent Location

We loved the location: parked our car and walked during our weekend here. This basement apartment worked fine but is definitely a quirky layout. The primary bedroom is a decent size and bed was comfortable, however, I would say the size is a double according to US standard sizes not a Queen. I would definitely stay again.

Nice apartment in basement

The apt is very nice and quite well located for visiting the falls. The only down side is the insulation btw the upstairs apt and this one is poor, so there is a lot of noise carry over when the upstairs is occupied. The owner was very accommodating and quite helpful.

Property was convenient for walking distance to falls. I’m not sure if I missed it, but didn’t realize this was a basement apartment. It was new inside, but it’s a good thing my boyfriend is only 5’9,” anyone taller would hit their head. Furniture in living room very uncomfortable and no sound proofing between floors. People above us were loud and floors constantly creeky! We still had a great time.

Niagara Falls apartment

We want to thank Henry for a very unique stay. He was easy to reach with any concerns or questions. We had a concern with the reservation that somehow got canceled and we were supposed to be able to rebook it at the initial price but that didn't happen but we still got some credit back. It was lovely and well stocked. It was great for the first time trip to the Falls. It was definitely walking distance to the Falls. Would definitely stay again with a larger group.

Perfect location, great host

This is a basement apartment beneath a four bedroom VRBO in a nice residential area. The apartment has a double bed and a single in another room. It is well stocked with everything needed to cook or take meals, coffee, do laundry, etc, and various extra supplies are provided.The ceiling is low in a couple of places, and there are a couple of raised places on the floor. It has central heating but lacks its own heat control, but there is a space heater that is more than adequate.The location of this property is ideal. It is an easy walk to the falls and other attractions, but far enough away to escape noise and crowds.The host, Henry, is excellent. Easy to get in touch with, attentive, happy to assist in any way he can.This is a quaint, ideally located apartment with a terrific host. Perfect for a short stay, and to explore Niagara Falls from a cozy home base. Parking is free is in the alley by the garage door.

Very nice. Convenient to falls and beautiful flowers at the falls. Very clean. Good shower. Low ceiling for anyone over 6’. Bumped head!!!! Bedroom a little snug but sufficient. All good overall.
