Downstairs is found 3 bedroom with 2 full ensuite baths, each with walkout to patio, hot tub and and acres of lawns and firepit. Lower level also features a second lounge area w TV and pull out Couch sleeping two more plus fully equipped gym and laundry.

South Wing provides a Great Room fully equipped Kitchen/Dining area, Media Center with 70" Flat Screen TV, Billiard Table, Library of books/games, nearby is the "pet friendly" Loft Apartment with King bed, living room with Queen futon couch for sleeping 4 more comfortably. Provides 2nd kitchen and allows for a total sleeping capacity for 12 inside home without encroaching on living space.
Glamping for those pitch tents and sleep under the stars is possible with per head surcharge for resort use.

Main House provides 3 proper bedrooms (2 Queen bedded rooms/1 Twin Bedset) with full ensuite baths and walk out to patio, hot tub, firepit and patio. The Lower lounge has pull out couch (queen) for sleeping two more.
The Loft one bedroom Apartment over the carriage house has 1 king bed and 1 queen futon couch/bed, 3 pcs washroom and a second kitchen. This suite is #Pet Friendly

Salt Water Pool is heated, with Poolside BBQ and patio area for entertaining.
Numerous patios, balconies and firepit have amazing Escarpment views.

Village of Creemore is 5 minutes away offering lovely shopping and dining options including a Michelin Star restaurant. Creemore Springs Brewery, Creemore Village Green with free concerts throughout the summer and events year round. Creemore Coyotes have a well supported hockey fanbase.

Wasaga Beach is 15 minutes drive north - worlds longest freshwater beach
Village of Blue Mountain is 20 minutes north - golf/ski/bike/hike/paddle.
