2 bedroom 2.5 bath with pull out couch. Unit sleeps 6 Location is 10 minutes from Blue Mountain Skiing. 6 mInutes from Scandinave Spa, 6 minutes from Collingwood’s beautiful downtown shops, restaurants, breweries and trails. Bowling, Axe Throwing, Ridge Runner ride. Horse back riding and more.Georgian trail is minutes from the condo. 2 parking spots plus overflow parking. No smoking pets welcome subject to limitations. Kitchen is stocked with utensils.
-No parties
-No smoking or vaping in the unit $1000 minimum charge if it is found that smoking or vaping has taken place. If you smoke on balcony or patio please close all doors and window. If neighbours are affected in anyway by smoking or vaping it is to be stopped immediately
-Quiet time 11pm-8 am
-Please respect your neighbours, some of them are full time residents
-No unleashed pets outside

-Early Check in, before 4pm and late check out, after 11 am are charged at $25 including HST for each hour. This however is not always available and usually cannot be booked in advance. Cleaning schedules and booking schedules often make early check in and late check out un available

We stayed here for a short family getaway in Collingwood and appreciated the pet-friendly policy, which made it easy to bring our pet along. The two-bedroom, two-floor property is fully carpeted, the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the upstairs balcony.The kitchen was functional but missing a few basics like scissors. A used coffee filter was left in the machine, and the coffee maker didn’t make great coffee, so bringing your own might help. The family room furniture is dated and uncomfortable, one chair was damp on arrival. The washing machine is very compact and awkward to use.We were surprised to receive several cleaning tasks at check-out despite paying a cleaning fee. The location is within a quiet compound with little to walk to, but it’s less than 10 minutes from the mountain, which was convenient.Overall, a good place for a pet-friendly trip if you don’t mind a few inconveniences and bringing some comforts from home.

This is a wonderful place to stay close to everything that you would need ! This unit was perfect for our ladies weekend away beautiful set up ! Very clean !

special occasion

The condo was just the ticket for an overnight stay after a Celebration of Life event. The pictures do not due it justice...bigger and brighter than anticipated. The hotel like details were a nice touch! Very happy with our choice! Ann
