The cabin was cute and accommodating. Beds were comfortable and cabin was really clean. We found the best coffee shop in town, White river coffee company.

Our family enjoyed staying at the Rockaway retreat. It is about 20 mins from Branson and Silver Dollar City. We liked the quiet location of this little town. The house is a neat older cabin that has been updated. The kitchen is quite small and only has the bare necessities for cooking.The Cedar restaurant is just down the street and is a nice local place to get a delicious meal.

Saw many deer, just hanging around. Just a short drive to the lake, myself, mom and dogs enjoyed sitting by the lake, watching nature at its best. House is warm and inviting. Really had a wonderful time.

This is not the house we got to stay in - as we were traveling 11 hours 3/4 of the way - I received a message that we couldn't stay in the house due to the inspection and the house was cancelled. However, the company did find us a different home. It took more than 3 home to get us to what we needed for the most part. As we wanted a house with 2 bathrooms and away from neighbors. However, we didn't have a firepit after bring wood was a waste. But the house they did accomplish was more than what we needed. Each room had a bathroom, so each girl couldn't complain on this one. The only problem we had with the house they did replace for us was the screen door didn't lock - however we called and someone bring us a stick to place in the screen door for security, as the instructions asked to lock all door when leaving. Overall, I'm just glad I wasn't driving at the end - as I would not have seen the messages in VRBO - Next time I would highly suggest someone to call as most phones are connect to vehicles.
