The property was listed as 1 bedroom, but it had 3 bedrooms. This was not what I wanted. The main bedroom had a portable cot we did not need and a dirty chair we put in another bedroom. The dimmer switch was broken, the blinds near the entrance did not work, the door to the bathroom had poorly repaired crack in it, the bottom of the door jam to the bathroom was rusting, the plumbing was noisy. It is poorly maintained and not worth the money.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Our property is advertised with flexible bedroom configurations, allowing guests to book either as a one-bedroom or three-bedroom option depending on their needs, and we apologise if this was not clearer at the time of booking. We also appreciate you bringing the maintenance items to our attention, including the dimmer switch, blinds, bathroom door, and plumbing noise. Your comments have been passed on to our maintenance team so these issues can be reviewed and addressed. We are also sorry the portable cot and chair caused inconvenience during your stay. We value all guest feedback as it helps us continue improving the experience we provide, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your comments.
