- For stays longer than 14 days we require a mid stay clean (with a reduced cleaning fee)
- Outdoor garden and lawn maintenance may occur during your stay
- Indoor plants will be watered on Thursdays by our Property Manager
- Beach access is down 4 stairs and you may need to step over a few logs
- The house does not have cable TV but you can use our streaming services or stream
your own services wirelessly to AppleTV
- The house does not have a telephone
- There is a doorbell camera that is motion activated
