This spacious home is designed with an open-plan layout that effortlessly connects the kitchen, living, and dining areas. Step outside to a charming outdoor space—perfect for sipping your morning coffee while enjoying the fresh air. The living room also features a comfy, commercial grade sofa bed, ideal for an extra guest (please note, there may a small additional fee for this depending on guest numbers).

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking, including modern appliances, cookware, and essential items like salt, pepper, and sugar. You’ll also find special extras, including instant and plunger coffee, a variety of teas, drinking chocolate, milk, and sweet treats. There is plenty of bench space and ample storage for longer stays.

A large dining table with seating for all guests, makes meals at home a social occasional.

• Comfortable 2 Bedrooms
Relax in the plush Queen-sized beds, complete with a soft topper and freshly laundered linens. All bedding will be prepared for your arrival to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

Each upstairs bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, offering privacy and convenience. There’s also a separate toilet downstairs. The bathrooms include:

This property is ideally located on a peaceful, tree-lined street. Across the road, you’ll find a yoga studio and wellbeing centre for relaxation and rejuvenation. Just a short walk away is Pomeroy’s café, a local favourite for delicious food and coffee.

You will have complete access to this entire property during your stay. The host does not live on site.

Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and Wi-Fi passwords.

Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own.

This property does not come with a designated parking space. There are street parking spaces outside the house for easy unpacking.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check-outs subject to availability. There is an extra cost of $10 per hour with a maximum of 2 hours. The extra cost is to cover express cleaning.
