The en-suite bathroom has been updated with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower, adding a touch of elegance and relaxation to your stay. The guest bedroom, located at the front of the unit, is equipped with two queen-size beds and its own private bathroom, which also boasts a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has its own private balcony with outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the spectacular ocean views. The open-concept living room is the ideal place to unwind after a day of island activities, offering amazing ocean views and easy access to the primary balcony. Additional features include a modern fitness center, sauna, renovated restrooms, oceanview sun decks, gas grilling stations, and a cozy fire pit. Guests also enjoy private beach access, covered and uncovered parking, and elevator access to all floors. Outdoor pools are heated from March 15–May 1 and October 15–December 1, while the indoor pool and hot tub are heated year-round.

What to expect during your stay:
Work Zones: The project will begin at Building Three and move to Building Two and then Building One. It will take place in sections or “stacks.” They are aiming for three stacks each week. Noise: Some noise from construction equipment/materials may be experienced during the day; however, the project team is working to minimize any inconvenience.
Parking: Certain areas throughout the neighborhood and parking spaces may be limited.
