A Great Stay
We were very pleased with the property, the rental unit itself, its location and the communication with our host Carolyn. She was very responsive one the one or two times when we had questions. We appreciated the short walk to the beach, the well-appointed kitchen (which seemed to have everything) and the available "serenity" pool and hot tub (to escape families with young children).
We made some minor suggestions to the host after our stay, things that we thought might be beneficial to future guests.
If you're a bird photographer, it's very convenient to shoot directly from the balcony in the trees across the driveway, and you'll absolutely love all the places nearby to capture wildlife with your camera.
We loved the proximity to supermarkets as we like to cook many of our own meals when we're staying somewhere.
If there was one annoyance during our stay, it was from the property adjoining Villamare. The landscapers seemed to frequently start up their gas-powered leaf blowers around 7:30 in the morning to clear pine needles from their common areas. We're typically up early so it wasn't a huge deal, but the noise tends to drone on when they're on the side closest to the unit.
Overall it was a great stay, the place is comfortable, the internet worked very well, the view as great and we would not hesitate to return.
