Historic Cottage, super clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Charming historic cottage located in Sanford's desirable historic residential district. 2 bedrooms (one king bed, two twin beds) and one bath. Kitchen is equipped for cooking and has the original antique sink preserved. Back screened porch with washer/dryer for those longer stays. Off-street parking for one vehicle, private courtyard, front porch and cozy fireplace for winter nights. Walking distance to downtown local restaurants, pubs, specialty shops, RiverWalk, Lake Monroe and marina. Centrally located close to beaches, major routes, Amtrak, Sanford Airport, Orlando/Disney. Two bicycles available (at your own risk) and fishing poles for your use. Cottage is VERY clean and disinfected between guests for your safety.

The host was always available and answered questions quickly. The amenities were outstanding. It truly did feel like I was staying in a goof friend’s home! And the location is perfect for restaurants, shopping and walking the River walk.

Lovely location and cottage. We stayed for a week and loved everything about the location and the home. We come to Orlando area often to visit family and usually stay in Winter Park. This was our first time in Sanford. We really loved the neighborhood and the comfortable furnishings. Will definitely stay here again.

This home does not feel like a rental. It feels like you’re visiting your best friend. Very comfortable furniture,well stocked kitchen, all your bathroom needs and laundry needs. The side porch and patio gives a few options for being outside. Walkable to all Sanford has to offer. We have stayed before and will continue to come back.

This property was just wonderful and located in a quiet neighborhood. As advertised, the property was very clean and all amenities were available in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms making this a pleasant for our stay in Sanford Florida. Kim was a great host and would absolutely stay here again when we are back in the area.

We stayed for a week and it was great. We only used the king bed and it was comfy. Plenty of sitting in living room. Kitchen is stocked well. Neighborhood was nice. Communication with the host was great. We would stay here again if we’re ever in the area.

Cute little cottage in Sanford

Perfect for the week we were in town. Super thoughtful of the renter to include beach towels in a to go bag, fishing poles, bicycles... wonderful little place!

Compact home with plenty of areas to relax and enjoy your stay. Very close to shopping and a beautiful river walk area. Friendly people in the town. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable and Cozy Cottage!

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying in Sanford, FL at this cute cottage. It was so clean, comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood is well kept, safe and very quiet. We enjoyed every minute of staying there!
