Historic Cottage, super clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Charming historic cottage located in Sanford's desirable historic residential district. 2 bedrooms (one king bed, two twin beds) and one bath. Kitchen is equipped for cooking and has the original antique sink preserved. Back screened porch with washer/dryer for those longer stays. Off-street parking for one vehicle, private courtyard, front porch and cozy fireplace for winter nights. Walking distance to downtown local restaurants, pubs, specialty shops, RiverWalk, Lake Monroe and marina. Centrally located close to beaches, major routes, Amtrak, Sanford Airport, Orlando/Disney. Two bicycles available (at your own risk) and fishing poles for your use. Cottage is VERY clean and disinfected between guests for your safety.

This property was just wonderful and located in a quiet neighborhood. As advertised, the property was very clean and all amenities were available in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms making this a pleasant for our stay in Sanford Florida. Kim was a great host and would absolutely stay here again when we are back in the area.

Best ever

Loved the place. Quiet, clean, had everything you need, well stocked. Great beds, comfortable and cozy. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Kitchen equipped with supplies needed. Patio was delightful. Host was the best, very gracious and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would returned. Beautiful place, clean and well kept. Best place I've stayed in florida and I have traveled a bit.

Felt like home

This house is located on a street that looks like it is in the north instead of the south. Clean, quiet, safe neighborhood of nicely maintained single family homes. My husband and I are retired snowbirds and we easily walked to anywhere we wanted to go. We only took the car out twice in the 10 days that we stayed. I like to walk for exercise and the neighborhood had nice sidewalks with big beautiful trees for shade. The house itself was spacious. We spent most afternoons sitting on the side porch and enjoying the lovely weather. Everyone was friendly and would wave and say hello as they passed by. It was a less than 5 minute drive to the airport when we were ready to leave. So convenient. We would come back again without a second thought.

The property exceeded my expectations and is ideal for a visit to Sanford or the surrounding area.The pictures do not do it justice and there was nothing lacking in the house. I would love to return someday with my wife.

Very Comfortable Home Away From Home!

This was the second time my husband and I (from Michigan) chose this cottage for our winter stay in Florida. And we were not disappointed! It has everything you need for a comfortable and cozy stay, and the hosts respond quickly to questions. It is as attractive as it looks in the photos. Look no further - this is a great choice for your stay in Sanford!

Quiet Neighborhood

We completely enjoyed our long weekend in Sanford, especially this little cottage home. The neighborhood is so quiet. Well appointed home with everything we needed for a short stay and easy walking/biking distance to old town Sanford. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful get-away at this adorable historic cottage. We will definitely consider returning. It was comfortably decorated and had everything we could possibly need. Great cottage and awesome location

My family and I loved this cottage. I walked to Lake Monroe every morning. What a beautiful area. Cottage was perfect for the three of us. Beds were very comfortable. We loved the side porch. We will definitely stay here again.

Cute little cottage in Sanford

Perfect for the week we were in town. Super thoughtful of the renter to include beach towels in a to go bag, fishing poles, bicycles... wonderful little place!

Perfect historic cottage

My wife and I spent 8 days here and we were sad we had to leave. The cottage was spotless and well decorated. It had everything we needed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We loved sitting on the side porch. We loved the neighborhood with all the historic homes. They were all so well maintained and a joy to look at. We loved walking the river walk. One day while we were walking it we spotted 4 manatees, that was a big treat. The owners were very attentive and pleasant. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about our stay. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Adorable Cottage

We absolutely loved this cottage. The home is spotless, well decorated and beds are super comfortable. The house has everything you could need for your stay. We loved having bikes to Ride downtown and used them daily. Downtown Sanford is one of Florida ma best kept secrets and we always enjoy visiting here. Thank you for the wonderful home. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Great place to stay in Sanford

Adorable cottage in a quaint neighborhood! - Tastefully decorated - Very clean - Well equipped and organized kitchen - Comfortable beds with awesome pillows - Ample towels - New washer and dryer with laundry soap - Easy keyless entry - Off street parking - Owner responds quickly and kindly to questions All you need to bring is your clothing and your groceries—everything else you need is already here. It’s also a nice neighborhood to go for a walk and appreciate other historic homes of Sanford. I’d highly recommend this rental.
