Escape to this beautiful Gulf-front 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Indian Shores, just steps from the white sandy beach and the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This inviting beachfront vacation rental is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy everything Florida’s Gulf Coast has to offer.

Inside, the bright and open living area provides a comfortable space for your beach getaway, with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area that make it easy to enjoy meals at home. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the guest bedroom includes a queen bed and a double bed. A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space, allowing the condo to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.

Step out onto the large private Gulf-front balcony and take in breathtaking water views, gentle sea breezes, and unforgettable sunsets. Whether you are enjoying your morning coffee, relaxing after a day at the beach, or simply listening to the waves, this balcony is the perfect place to enjoy the beauty of Indian Shores.

Guests can also enjoy the pool and deck area, along with easy access to nearby restaurants, attractions, and the Suncoast Beach Trolley. From here, you can quickly explore Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, and other popular Gulf Coast destinations before returning to your peaceful beachfront retreat.

Please note: Holiday Villas III is currently undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration project. Most balconies remain accessible, but your unit’s section may have temporary limited access while work is being performed. Construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, and parking may be impacted during those times. The pool is expected to remain open during most of the project except when work is being done directly above the pool deck.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo and location were exactly as described in the listing. The location was absolutely perfect for us, the beach wasn't overly crowded and we were just a short drive to restaurants or a short walk to the coffee shop. The kitchen was fully stocked if we wanted to stay in and cook too. There were plenty of beach supplies left by previous renters that we didn't need to bring or buy anything other than sunblock! Check in and check out were a breeze and any time I had a question, property management responded right away. Highly recommend renting from Florida Lifestyle Vacation Rentals, Inc.
