With an open-concept layout, breathtaking water views, and a private Gulf-front balcony, this inviting beachfront vacation rental offers comfort, convenience, and easy access to the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining and living areas, making it easy to prepare meals while still enjoying the beautiful Gulf views. Dine at the table or gather around the kitchen island, then unwind in the comfortable living room after a day in the sun.

The primary bedroom features a king bed and private bathroom, while the guest bedroom includes 2 double beds. A twin sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space, making this condo a great option for families or small groups.

This Indian Shores vacation rental is just steps from the beach, restaurants, and local activities, and it is also located on the Suncoast Beach Trolley line, making it easy to explore Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, and other Gulf Coast destinations before returning to your peaceful beachfront retreat.

Important Notice: Balcony closed due to restoration restoration work is currently taking place on Stacks 1 and 2, affecting units ending in 1 or 2 near the pool area. Construction activity may be present during your stay. The pool will remain open and available for guest use throughout the day. Beautiful rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gorgeous view of the ocean! Well equipped rental with everything you could need! Huge closet with things for the beach!!!! Would definitely rent again!!!

Beautiful beach view from the large balcony. Living area was very large but living room furniture was quite uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. The kitchen has recently been renovated and is very nice! Mattress in main bedroom was comfortable. Ongoing work on the building resulted in pool closure until 4pm and jack-hammering beginning at 8am. Hopefully this work will be completed soon!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was great for a beach view getaway. Lot of unannounced construction going on with balconies . Did not expect the drilling jack hammering at 8 am. But I understand progress. Was refunded a couple nights for the inconvenience. That was good.Pool was fantastic . Beach access so easy. For the rate it was a great over all stay if no construction was going on .A few easy upgrades could be tended to, but overall a good place to get away.
