The noise from the children's bedroom above the guest bathroom can be minimised by re- arranging the set up to a different part of the house. Otherwise the guest outfit was truly neat and beautifully laid out. Peace.

I will not recommend this place to others

U it is located in first floor of a single family home. We can hear every movement of the owners upstairs including their child’s loud babbling. The shower does not have enough water pressure. More of a trickle not a shower.

You were properly communicated to seek help where in need. The shower is one that you just need to press a button for and the water flows beautifully well hot and cold. All you had to do was to simply seek my attention and that is why i am your host. But no, you feel it best to come to the review page and write what ever you like. As for the noise from my autistic son, i cannot explain that if you have never had an ordeal with parenting one. But we try to put him in check most of the time so i am pretty sure its not as loud to make you loose sleep over. I believe when you seek an airbnb, you dont expect the host and family to check out because of you. There must be some level of co-existing where you work properly with your host and not just cone to the review section to spoil a growing business.

There was a great breeze from the open windows and the fan in the room. The bathroom has the washer and dryer that is used by the household while we were there.

The neighborhood is full of charm—it has a perfect mix of quiet, tree-lined streets and vibrant local spots. I love the cozy cafés with outdoor seating where you can watch the world go by, and the nearby park is a hidden oasis where you can take a peaceful walk or have a picnic. There’s a real sense of community here, with friendly neighbors always ready to say hello.

What I enjoy most is the local vibe—it’s not overly touristy, but still close to all the must-see spots. There are quirky boutiques and art galleries to explore, plus some amazing food trucks serving up delicious dishes. It’s the kind of neighborhood that feels both relaxing and exciting at the same time, and I love being able to share it with guests!

この宿泊施設の特徴

What makes my property stand out is the cozy, homey atmosphere mixed with modern touches. I’ve put a lot of thought into creating a space that feels comfortable and stylish, with personalized details like locally made art and carefully selected furniture. It’s the little touches—like the fully stocked coffee bar and the custom welcome guide with my favorite nearby spots—that make it feel special.

The outdoor space is another highlight—there’s a private patio with string lights, perfect for enjoying a drink or just relaxing in the fresh air. Guests also love the fact that it’s both peaceful and conveniently located, so you can enjoy a quiet retreat without being too far from all the action. It’s all about creating an experience that feels both unique and inviting!
