Cozy Cottage, 1 bedroom sleeps 2

Cozy one bedroom cottage on Anna Maria Island. Basic, comfortable and surrounded by shady trees. Just a three minute walk to the beach, a five minute walk to downtown Bridge St, local restaurants and bars, and directly across the street from a pickleball court. Free trolley transportation up and down the island with frequent service. Property has a well equipped kitchen, laundry room and there is a Queen-size pullout sofa. Ample parking. It is also located neck door to our other 1 bedroom cottage (4914483) for those who wish for multi-family bookings.

Fifty dollar per night discount factored in due to ongoing county construction. We love to share this beautiful part of Florida with our guests and aim to make each stay an enjoyable one.

PLEASE NOTE : For extended stay guests, in house cleaning is required every two weeks
with an additional fee.

Cute cottage with everything you would need for a relaxing week. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The host was attentive and personable. Easy walking to Bridge Street and the beach.

We had such a great stay at this cottage on Anna Maria Island. The place felt instantly comfortable and had everything we needed, and we loved being able to walk to the beach every morning. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with, and the place had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. It was one of those stays where everything just felt easy and relaxing. We’d definitely come back.

The place is perfect. Clean, equipped with every amenity, great air conditioning and close to both the beach as well as Bridge Street. The owner Randy, is just about the nicest host you can find. He's knowledegable, respectful of privacy and responsive. I'd stay here again for certain!

Short walk to beach and businesses on Bridge St. Nice place for 2 people. It's a clean, older cottage with character. Our flight home was later in the day and the owners worked with us on a late checkout. The front of the property faces the main road coming from Cortez which is busy. The parking is in the back off of a side street which is not busy. It's a nice property.

This cottage is described perfectly. “Cozy”I had such a relaxing stay here and had absolutely everything I needed for the beach which was so convenient. The cottage was also equipped with everything and more that I needed inside, including lots of towels and laundry soap, etc. It’s an older cottage which I personally love, however it was spotless! Randy and Mikey were right next door in case I needed anything, and always responded quickly to my messages. The construction on the bridge at my back door didn’t phase me, nor did it interfere with my sleep. Sooooo close to the beach and The Beach House restaurant for beautiful sunsets. I’d stay here again and again.

Great get-a-way

Renter Beware

Unfortunately, I was never able to stay at this property. The owner failed to provide check-in instructions, and despite multiple attempts by both myself and Vrbo customer service, we were unable to reach them. My reservation ultimately had to be canceled and refunded on the day I was traveling. As you can imagine, this turned the start of what was meant to be a relaxing vacation into an incredibly stressful situation.

First visit to Anna Maria island

We stayed for 3 nights. Wanted to visit the beautiful beaches & also do some bike riding. The location was great..could walk less than a block to the beach. Had a great bike trail ride (sidewalks ) to the end of longboat key & back ( 25 miles total) the cottage was supplied with everything we needed..also had a nice beach wagon, chais & umbrella for the beach. Mike ( our neighbor) was such a great help with everything! He gave us tips & suggestions for places to go & directions for our bike trail ride too and lots of other information about the area. We would definitely stay again! The only negative I can say.. is the traffic…which is b/c it’s such a popular area..everyone wants to go to.
