We had an excellent vacation and this place is perfect!!! Perfectly located right across the street from the beach. Very clean and has everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. Lynn is a super host and so easy to work with. This is our go to place when we’re on the island.

Perfect for Mother/Daughter Beach Week

Clean and cozy. Easy check-in/out. Great location directly across the street from the beach. Easy walk to Bridge Street shops and restaurants, but we utilized our rental car to drive to other parts of the island. Fun trip!

Overall, this is a truly wondeful property.

The space was charming ,comfortable , and had everything we needed and more. It felt like a thoughtful retreat where we could truly relax and enjoy our time. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our vacation and would absolutely return. Lynn was also very wasy to communicate with and responded promptly to any questions.

It was a great location right across from the beach. The shower was the worst part of the condo, if I was plus size I definitely wouldn’t be able to use it very well and we ran out of towels. The condo was definitely worth the location from the beach and we would stay there again. Communication was great with the owner easy parking access and the check in/out process was so easy. It was perfect for our family of three. The bed was so comfortable and the best sleep I ever had on vacation.

Perfect for two. Very clean and a 30 second walk across the road to a beautiful, uncrowded beach. Close to the best seafood restaurants in Cortez, FL. Convent to stores and beach bars.Will return again!

Perfect little place on the beach. Free trolley worked out great! We plan on making this trip a yearly thing. Will definitely be back. I wish the shower was bigger but it was enough to get you clean. I highly recommend! Thank you

Five days stay. Great location

Location is just across the from Bradenton beach. Easy parking. Close to entertainment and restaurants. We were able to walk to many places. We had just one small issue. We needed more wash clothes and they were delivered overnight.

Great Location

We have stayed here many times in the past and love it. The owner is so nice and helpful. Such a great location right across the street from the beach. Many great restaurants close by. Always enjoy our stay each year.

Bday get away

We had a wonderful stay, great area, beautiful beaches and nice place to stay. This location was perfect for us, within walking distance to Bridge St, just across the street from the beach. I would definitely recommend and we hope to return again. The location was as advertised and was perfect for the two of us.
