This home is strictly for traveling guests and quiet, respectful stays.

This renovated, stylish Midtown bungalow sleeps up to 8 guests with 6 total beds and offers modern comforts throughout. Enjoy a spacious patio, a shaded backyard, and a classic front porch with swing—perfect for relaxing between Memphis adventures.

Located in Cooper-Young, Midtown’s hippest and most walkable neighborhood, you’re steps from some of the city’s best food, coffee, and nightlife. Walk 5 minutes to Central BBQ, 11 minutes to The Beauty Shop, or 8 minutes to CBU and the Liberty Bowl. You're also a short ride to Beale Street (10 minutes), Overton Park and the Memphis Zoo (4 minutes), Graceland (12 minutes), and the Medical District (8 minutes).

We went to the Memphis Tigers football game and was able to walk to the game due to the excellent location of the house. We ate dinner at Central BBQ and it was right around the corner from the house. We met my son at Staks Pancake and it was only about 15 minutes from our rental. Excellent all around location.

My stay here was excellent.The home was in a quiet, and very nice neighborhood. I loved that it was no more than 5 to 8 minutes from everything we wanted to do. Major plus for me. Very comfortable and cozy home.

Absolutely terrible. Terrible mold smell in the house had to leave after 10 minutes.

Absolutely worst experience I have ever had. Upon arrival I was completely overwhelmed with musty mold smell my eyes and throat swerved up immediately. Water damaged visible on walls ...I looked into the giant floor vent and saw 3 inches of dirt dust and pet hair built up in a 2'x3' opening in floor. I immediately contacted the host. Never responded was willing to forfeit the night and request refund for remaining days Had to leave immediately after a 12 hour drive for my birthday and stayed in hotels. Terrible. Have proof and videos.

Cute house

We only stayed one night, but it was a great stay. The check in and check out process was easy. The house was clean and the neighborhood felt safe. The house had great amenities like a cappuccino machine and smart TVs in all the rooms. The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family of 5. If we are ever in Memphis again, we will definitely stay here again!

Great location - easy access to everything

Lovely home, spacious, clean. We had 2 nights In Memphis a parked the car and Uber was easy to all attractions. Recommend this spot for sure.

Cute house and great location!

Our group of 7 stayed here and we really liked the house. One bathroom for 7 people was a little tight but it worked. We were really only there to sleep but beds were clean and comfortable! The location was great and the owner was very helpful and responsive.

Moving our son to Memphis

We came to Memphis to move our son into Christian Brothers University. Drew’s house could not be cuter and the location was perfect for CBU!!! Adorable & comfy house even with the frigid temps! It snowed about 5/6” and was in the low teens (or lower) the whole time we were there & the house was warm & cozy!! Our pup loved his first snow! The beds were very comfortable & the fenced yard is really nice too. Will definitely stay at Drew’s house again! Loved it!

I only had one complaint and that is there is no coffee maker, only an overly-complicated espresso machine. Otherwise, it was very nice!

Amenities

Knowing that a group of seven was booked maybe have enough silverware for that many so if they want to prepare food they can eat. Also maybe consider a regular coffee pot for those that don't drink expresso.

Easy and convenient

This property was clean, comfortable and near a wonderful Memphis neighborhood. We used all the major appliances (washer/dryer, dishwasher) with ease. Owner was kind and accommodating. Thank you. We’d love to stay again.

Family Thanksgiving Get Together

Initially, the trip did not get off to a good start due to a small oversight. The owner was quick to do service recovery and made things right the next day. The house was clean, all appliances worked, the neighborhood was safe and check-in and checkout was easy.

Perfect in every way

We adored this bungalow! Tastefully appointed, we had all we needed for a comfortable stay. When we struggled with Wi-Fi (it had been unplugged), the owners were responsive and helpful. The location was perfect - close enough to the Cooper Young nightlife to easily enjoy it, but far enough away for a quiet and peaceful evening on the porch.
