If you are looking for a Serene Island Beachfront Vacation with family and friends, Villa Serenity is the private getaway you've been searching for!
This fully air-conditioned, 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is in a quiet, gated community south of downtown San Pedro and offers all that is special about a Belize Island Vacation. You will be just a mile by boat from the Belize Barrier Reef on the southeast coast of the island of Ambergris Caye and directly across from much-acclaimed snorkeling/diving at Hol Chan Marine Reserve.
Along with modern conveniences, this home has an open floorplan, gorgeous Belizean wood ceilings, and views of the Caribbean Sea. There is nothing between this home and the beautiful sea full of marine life you have been looking forward to exploring. You can meet a tour boat or do some fishing or swimming right off our beautiful community dock. You may also spend time in the wading pool right on your own veranda, with a drink in your hand and the sea as your vista. As Villa Serenity guests, you will also have access to the larger community pool.
Bedroom #1 and #2 each have king beds, ensuite bathrooms, and patio doors with views of the sea. The 3rd bedroom has a king-size bed and access to the 3rd bathroom. The 4th bedroom may be used as a bunkroom with 2 full-size beds and 1 single-size bunk. The home has fast, reliable internet access and a fire stick to log in to your favorite streaming services. Bedroom #1 also contains an office space for your convenience.
The homeowners invested in a BioMist system for this property - it's a safe, natural solution to reduce mosquitoes so you can enjoy the spectacular outdoor areas without being bothered - or having to slather in repellent.
While a private oasis, should you want to venture out of this gated community, you are walking distance to Sala's Kitchen and Rooftop Bar and We Jammin' Boat Bar (both 13+), and about a ten-minute drive from fabulous eateries like The Hula Bar, Someplace South, and The Black Orchid Restaurant.
