Great stay, we enjoyed the cottage, so close to the beach and a short drive to downtown Chatham . The house had everything we needed for our trip . We would stay there again. Great place to relax.

Cape Cod Cottage

We loved our stay at the cottage - it was just what we were looking for! Very easy walk to the beach. We spent lots of time on the screened in porch enjoying the weather. We were already talking about coming back next year.

Great Cape Cottage

Perfect for what we needed. We had family at a much larger house in the neighborhood, so we needed a place for a home base. Very well maintained and stocked. They have everything you need, even beach towels. Everyone who saw loved it.

Small but perfect!

Stayed here for a weekend with my husband and another couple. The space was clean and was the perfect size considering we were eating out and planning to be at the beach/ in town for the majority of the day. The walk to the beach was an easy 8 minute walk through a shortcut at the end of the street. If you’re looking for a lowkey spot that is close to the beach, I would recommend this spot!

Pros: quiet neighborhood, easy to park, close by a no crowd beach, short drive to Main Street, tidy small house, lovely screened in patio, and a convenient outdoor shower. Cons: no hooks for towels (that is not even an expensive investment), a dish drying rack will be helpful (since there is no dish washer), not much insulation (but the heater can provide the warmth for the entire house), and a motion sensor light for the front door will be great (to difficult to see the keypad after dusk).

Enjoyed our stay with a few suggestions: there were only 5 hangers in the house with two being children’s hangers so you could definitely use more hangers. Hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and a full length mirror would be nice. No Tea towels or paper towels in the kitchen. Coffee pot was broken by the guest prior to our stay but was not replaced prior to or during our stay.

Cute Cape Cottage

Older, clean, with a happy vibe and very convenient for three people. Has everything you need to cook. It's not walkable to stores so you'll need a car. There's a room with twin beds and one with a full bed, but the full looks a bit small for two people. Nice-sized living room, great screened porch, small shower. Lovely beach within walking distance and a short drive into town/grocery store.Only complaints are that I watered some poor desiccated daisies in the window boxes and more toilet paper should be provided. Also, this about Evolve, the management company, not the cottage, but we should not have to strip beds when paying hundreds of dollars per night. I'm fine with that at a 35 hostel, but will not book with companies that require this and if we find out after booking, just won't do it in the future.
