The house is a good size and has 4 bedrooms but only the main bedroom has a King size bed. The other 3 bedrooms are only doubles, which presented some challenges when you have adults that are tall and children.The pool was good but when we arrived the water was murky and even though we contacted Coast Hosting and sent them a photo showing the salt was low, it was only on day 3 that they sent someone to attend. There are no pool towels on the property so had to use bath towels which meant we were constanly washing towels and running the dryer.Overall the house is well appointed with a pizza ove, BBQ and air fryer and we used all of them. The fridge was great with plumbed water and ice. This has the making of a really great holiday rental but misses in a few areas, like I said the bed setup, plus only 2 tea towels and 1 dish cloth. It had an iron but no ironing board, limited cleaning spray to clean the 10 seater timber dining table. There were kids toys and things in some of the wardrobes which I assume belonged to the owners kids and DVD player but no no Kids DVD's so we didn't use. And even though we arrived on the 10th January still had a real Christmas Tree up in the lounge area. As for Coast Hosting with Lane all communication was thru email and was sometimes slow to get a response, I did phone the mobile number on a number of occasions but always went unanswered. Which was a bit frustrating especialy regarding the pool.
