The primary bedroom, also located on this level, includes a luxurious en suite bathroom equipped with a full soaker tub, separate shower, and double vanity. The cottage has a smart TV that will allow you to sign into any of the streaming services you personally subscribe to. Please note, these services will require your personal login information and are not provided
This cottage has a valid STR license with the Township of Lake of Bays; Licence # 281-2024 which allows for no more than 8 guests to be on the property at any given time during your stay. The Municipality requires rental guests to sign a Rental Guest Code of Conduct. It will be sent to you upon booking for electronic signature.
4WD and snow tires are essential during the winter months
Electric vehicles: No charger, but there is access to an outdoor plug for trickle charge
Parking: Room for 5-6 vehicles
Cell signal: Excellent for all major carriers
As per local by-laws pets must be leashed and under control at all times
The landscape around Twilight Pines and within the Northern Lights Community is hilly, please use caution around drops
