Host was very friendly and the location is convenient if you drive there. Place is well presented and has all the items you need to prepare your meals. They even had extra sauces and condiments you could use.

Well appointed , tasteful & VERY private. Perfect for small children / seniors with parking steps away from a well lite entry - no stairs . Great space for bikes or strollers. Ample hot water , fluffy towels , comfortable bed & linens . Enjoyed a quiet stay . Home away from home .

Our host was wonderful. The place was very clean and tidy. It was a wonderful break from a hotel room although we did miss the TV. Got lots of rest though. Thank you for a terrific stay.

Very nice and cozy apartment space with lovely decorations. It has a separate entrance from the house so you have plenty of privacy. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bed is super comfy! Rana was very quick to respond when we needed something.

Room is a full studio with all amenities, very quiet and peaceful, tastefully decorated in muted tones of blue and gray, which created a serene ambience enhanced by a small skylight in the roof that provided a peek at the moon by night and a stream of sunlight at sunrise. Very pleasant.

Property was cute. Could have been much cleaner. Unfortunately the shower was fixed after we checked in and we could not shower that evening which we were hoping to do. Host was nice and fairly easy to communicate with.

This property is potentially a really nice space with high ceilings and brand new appliances. However, at the last minute the Host wanted to cancel or do cash, the space was not clean, nor did it have clean sheets, and the shower was quite dirty. The internet is via an internet extender and is patchy.

A lovely unit. Very comfortable amenities inside. Appliances worked well. Bathroom was clean and functional. The bed was divine. The skylight was a wonderful feature; however, a blind would be a good edition to block glare and intense sun. The exterior yard needed work, tidying shrubbery, etc. In general, I highly recommend this unit.

Our stay was in the middle of this terrible heat. I knew that there was not a/c but it was unbearably hot. We had to bring in another plug in fan to keep cool.It was in the perfect location and I would stay here again in the winter and cooler months.

I am afraid this was not a good stayThe first night we got into bed and it basically collapsed. We had to sleep across the bottom the bed as the top half had broken. Also the WiFi was not working initially as the previous tenants had moved and unplugged that hardware needed. We communicated with Rana the host who was very helpful and apologetic. We were informed initially that there would not be a new bed that day so we made alternative arrangements- however when we returned to collect our belongings a new bed was being installed but too late as we had made alternative arrangements. We would expect a refund please as one bad night and not used the other two

The place was super cute and had all amenities as-advertised, although the Wi-Fi was virtually non-existent inside the unit. I was able to get a strong signal just outside in the driveway FWIW.We stayed there late June-early July knowing there was no AC, but a fan was provided and the room cooled off well at night. Unfortunately we couldn't do anything about the humidity which left the floors feeling sticky and the bathroom smelling a little damp. The exhaust fan and rugs on the floors helped.Only real complaint was that the place didn't appear to have been thoroughly cleaned before we got there. There were dirty towels in the hamper, the shower was a bit dirty and the dryer lint trap was overflowing. Other than that, the place was clean and welcoming. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, even at night. The Halifax transit system is easily accessible as there is a bus stop just a couple of short blocks away. All-in-all, I would stay there again, though maybe not in the middle of Summer. I would have taken the bed home with me, it was so comfortable! Our host was kind and easy to communicate with and the price was right. Next time I would rent a car though - it's an hour one-way to downtown Halifax by bus.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la communication et la réactivité sont très appréciées. Néanmoins gros point négatif sur le ménage, surtout la salle de bain où j’ai du laver le toilette.
