Riverfront gem in Ruakaka

The perfect place for a getaway. This modern 3 bedroom holiday house is only 1.5hr from Auckland but feels like a world away! Great for families or groups as it sleeps up to 8. The open plan kitchen and living area flows onto a large deck with a beautiful outlook over the reserve and river. The reserve is a great place for games like cricket and the kids to play. While the river is ideal for kayaking, paddleboarding or swimming. Shops and stunning Ruakaka beach are just down the road.
The space
This riverfront gem is a 3 bedroom double glazed house with heat pumps so you will be cosy in winter and cool in summer. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite and a comfy chair and footrest to relax and read a book, bedroom two has 2 bunk beds and the third bedroom has a double bed and a workspace for those who are “working from holiday”. The kids have the addition of a cute play house outside with a kitchen and toys.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with induction cooking, Nespresso coffee machine. We have games for children and adults, as well as some books for the kids. There is a Weber bbq, outdoor table and chairs, and a sun lounger to enjoy on the deck.
The house is connected to fibre and you will have access to our Wi-Fi. There is off street parking and space for a boat if you have one. Please note that you will not have access to the garage and laundry, however there is a washing line out the back and a laundromat down the road should you need it.
Guest access
You'll be able to access all areas of the house except the garage/laundry.
