Come enjoy Morro Bay in this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Cottage! Located in North Morro Bay just a few blocks from the beach this home is the perfect space for your next escape! Situation on a quiet street this two story cottage has an open floor plan with a large living room featuring flat screen TV and sectional sofa. The kitchen is large and fully stocked to self-entertain along with seating for 4 people and full bathroom on the first floor. Upstairs you will find an two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom features a queen size bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a futon sofa that can be converted to another bed. Outside you will find a fully fenced back yard along with off street parking and a 2 car garage. Book this home for your next getaway to the beach!

Another great stay at family & pet friendly home

Have stayed at this property a few times for family get aways. Great quiet neighborhood with friendly local neighbors. Pet friendly set up great! Responsive owners; we had a problem with coffee maker & they had a new one to us in a couple hours. Thanks much for another great stay!

Doggie Double Date

Took our two large dogs for a getaway and this house work perfectly. Great neighborhood and location. Bed was super comfortable as well! Our dogs enjoyed their own private backyard and people watching out the windows. Will stay again soon!

Great place if you're bringing pets!

It was in a cute quiet neighborhood, super easy stay. The washer & dryer worked well. The only thing was the beds, it says it has 2 twins, a queen, and a futon but it actually has a full, a king, and a futon. It worked out fine for us but was a surprise to the kids that now had to share a bed

Clean beach house pet friendly

Nice quiet street to stay on. Simple but clean house set up well for a stay with a pet. Short drive under 1 mile to Cayucos dog friendly beach. Had a great time!

Relaxing

We had an enjoyable experience, Ian was very responsive and there was plenty of room for our family of 6. The two full restroom and showers truly helped out after beach play and baseball games. Kitchen accommodated us and the back yard would have been complete if there was a bbq pit to use.

Ironman race

We came to Morro Bay for the Ironman race. Great location! This house is in a neighborhood that is very quiet and about 6 minutes from all the race activities.

Nice short-term rental.

Good amount of space, clean, quiet neighborhood very close to the beach and close to downtown Morro Bay and Morro Rock and pet friendly.

Beautiful home with so much to offer!

I wish I could have stayed longer! Beautiful house filled with a wonderful collection of books and movies, perfect for any occasion. Definitely renting again!

Simple, pleasant house; fit our needs perfectly

Nice little place, plenty of room for the 3 of us. Very dog-friendly, which was great. It wasn't luxury, but was very comfortable, reasonably priced, and had everything we needed. The sea air is super, and we could hear a little surf sound late at night after highway 1 calmed down. The highway is close but NOT a problem; I don't like road noise, and was not bothered. There are some lovely beach-themed decor items. We couldn't figure out how to use the TV (I am tech-unsavvy), but didn't really need it so that's ok.

Clean and quiet neighborhood

Very comfortable living room and bedrooms with great views of the ocean. The kitchen is large enough for 4 adults to all be prepping and cooking. The backyard patio has a table and chairs. I appreciate there was no carpet due to our allergies and it was very clean inside. We had a fantastic family vacation with our grandkids!

Comes close to being a great place

We liked the location (minutes from both Morro Bay waterfront and Cayucos) and set up of this property. It was clean, well decorated and had everything we needed to be comfortable except the mattresses. All 5 adults woke up achy and sore with a poor nights sleep. They were so uncomfortable we won't be able to stay here again. Otherwise this would have been our go-to annual destination.

Days of joy

The location is great 👍. Close to many activities, 101 hwy, Morro Rock views, hiking areas and more. The house is well kept with backyard for pets. Suggest the living room rug be replaced or through out due to pet use. There was a urine odor that I had to treat. Our visit was lovely 😍.

Perfect for our needs. We would stay again

We made the very small BBQ work, but an upgrade would be nice as would a set of cheap steak knives. The remote for the light in the bedroom with the two beds should be repaired or taken off whatever program it’s set to that only allows you to use the light between certain hours.. The view of the ocean and Morro Rock from the western bedroom is amazing.
