Newly renovated and professionally decorated, Hidden Oak Hideaway is the perfect retreat for your Seabrook Island vacation. This spacious home comfortably sleeps 12 and is ideally located less than a 10-minute walk from the nearest beach boardwalk, close to Camp St. Christopher, and a short bike ride to the Seabrook Island Beach Club pools and restaurants.



Inside, the open floor plan is designed for relaxation. The great room features an oversized sectional, a 58" Smart TV, and sliding doors leading to a private back deck with outdoor dining for eight, rockers, and additional seating. The dining area includes a large farmhouse table for 10+ guests, complemented by a breakfast bar with three stools. The fully equipped kitchen boasts custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a beverage refrigerator, and a grilling deck with a Weber propane grill. A laundry room, powder room, and an attached garage with an extra refrigerator add convenience.

  • Master Suite (Main Level): King bed, 42” TV, walk-in closet, and a renovated en-suite bath with quartz double vanity, barn door, and large tiled walk-in shower. A connected sunroom features a trundle daybed and a desk—perfect for kids or remote work.


  • King Suite (Upper Level): King bed, private bath with quartz vanity, and tub/shower combo.


  • Queen Bedroom: Queen bed, 43” TV, shared Jack & Jill bath with quartz vanity and shower.


  • Bunk Room: Two twin-over-full bunk beds with trundles (sleeps 6), 43” TV, shared Jack & Jill bath.


A bonus loft area upstairs provides an additional gathering space with a sofa, chair, wall-mounted TV, and access to a screened porch—great for kids or a quiet retreat.

Great house and well furnished/well stocked. So much space three families could spread out but be together. Host went out of his way to make our stay great and was so responsive to any questions or requests. Good location and access to all amenities.

Great Experience

The home was perfect for our large family Absolutely beautiful and tucked away on a beautiful, tree covered street, close to the pool and beach. The property manager, Ralph and his wife Deb are the best part of the trip. Every detail was met and Ralph’s service and care was impeccable. We had a few minor hiccups but everything was taken care of, thanks to Ralph. The home has everything you’d ever need; kitchen well stocked and even the bathrooms had an abundance of toiletries. Vacation truly felt like v a c a t i o n. If this home is available for your dates, look no further!!!!! (You’re welcome!) We hope to buy our own home on Seabrook someday soon. Somaybe our paths will cross! You couldn’t ask for a more beautiful home and friendly community. Seabrook will ALWAYS be very special to us. Have fun! Blue Sky’s, The Thomas Family

2025 Seabrook Vacation

This was our first time staying at Seabrook. For 30 years we have stayed at Kiawah. We loved the property and the golf cart was a bonus. Very short ride to beach and you could walk it. There was plenty of space and beds were comfortable. They had all the essential items plus. Very nice welcome basket of snacks and coffee! Will definitely return to this home again. Ralph was there to welcome us and responded to our questions promptly. Thank you Ralph and Debbie
